Hi, Take complete bed rest. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

I am suffering from Varicose veins problem from last many years I have done one laser surgery with Dr. Padariya at jaslock Hospital But same problems repeat again Please suggest me some proper doctor.

Hello, It is unfortunate that you are suffering from recurrent varicose veins. Although laser procedure is very successful (more than 97% success rate), sometimes the varicose veins can recur. The reasons for recurrence is 1. Other veins in the leg may develop varicosities apart from the treated vein 2. Recanalization of the ablated vein 3. Unusual anatomy, such as accessory veins which may be missed during doppler testing. It is thus important to get a detailed doppler mapping of the veins before treatment. In my clinic I perform doppler as well as laser myself.

My friend is admitted in hospital for a disease known as epileptic seizure. But he hasn't shown any common symptoms of epilepsy. Is any mild form of epilepsy which does not show any symptoms & is it permanent?

Epileptic person has to take the drugs for whoole of his life. But usually said if for three years seizures are controlled then no need of medicine but then has to take full prescautions as in epilepsy.

If your piles produce only mild discomfort, I may suggest over-the-counter creams, ointments, suppositories or pads based on your medical history. These products contain ingredients, that can relieve pain and itching, at least temporarily. Don't use an over-the-counter cream or other product for more than a week unless directed by doctor. These products can cause side effects, such as skin rash, inflammation and skin thinning. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. 1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

So my advice to those all ladies is to eat more and more daily when ever they want the fried GROUND NUT mixing with GUD ( the sweet preparation from Sugar Cane ) . It is low cost food available for poor people.which is having plenty of Iron to maintain Anaemia Disease.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly.

Dear lybrate user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. To get rid of nightfalls carry on the following medication as directed:- 1) soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning take 4 pills from ayurvedic swapnadosh hari bati & swallow the pills with the snouf-misri soaked water. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q in a cup of water daily after lunch. 3) mix 4 pills of unani jiriyani with 1 tablespoon of unani majun arad khurma & take the mixture daily after dinner. Apart from the aforesaid medication you need to take additional care if you have a tendency to suffer from any type of digestive problem.

Take natural 2-tab. Charcoal at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . I am facing problem. Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problems to improve you first have to reduce your weight as it is the main cause of breathing problems & hypertension, this you should do by diet & exercise - monitor your BP at least twice a day, once on getting up in the morning & once in the evening, make a record & see if the medication you are taking is having effect & lowering it - have more of vegetables & fruits in your diet, whole grains & low fat dairy, avoid fried, processed & junk food, aerated drinks, sweets, salty snacks, have yogurt, salad, sprouts, nuts if you feel hungry - do regular exercise like walking for about an hour, do moderate weight lifting on at least two days of the week as it helps boost your metabolism & help reduce weight, also try to include yoga, meditation& deep breathing exercise for 10-15 min in the morning to relax your mind & keep your body fit - keep your self busy in your work, read, listen to music, socialize with friends so that you stop worrying & feel better - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed & try to sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, avoid watching TV, mobile, other gadgets an hour before sleep, a sound & refreshing sleep reduces stress & keeps you alert & active the next day, do not nap for more than half an hour in the afternoon - you have to make an effort & have a strong willpower to change your habits which will keep you healthy & fit.

Go for eye test also. Avoid stress. Take proper rest & sleep. Avoid fatty food, junk food, chocolates etc. When you suffer from headache, go in a dark room & take rest. Take onosmodium q/ bd 15-15 drops+ 1/2 cup water daily. Belladonna 200/od daily for 21 days.

masturbation at your young age is normal but it should be done in moderation. otherwise it will affect your future normal as well as sexual life.like erectyle dysfunction and premature ejasculation etc hence you have to control it from now on lead a healthy lifestyle. have balanced food avoid junk food and alcohol in moderation go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have plenty of water by mouth. it will be alright.
