Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Before taking meal you can walk for sometime as it help to you feel hungrier. Thanks...

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Fitness or weight-loss is not just about looking good or fitting into your favourite outfit, it goes way beyond it. It speaks about you. It shows how much you love your body and shows amount of self-discipline you have imbibed in your lifestyle.


 

A lot of people complain that they do not have time to exercise and eat healthy. It's important to remember that, if you do not find time for health and fitness now, you will have to find time for illness later. Though, it is true that weight issues are uncomfortable to deal with, it is also important to understand that when weight problems go untreated or ignored, they may become a breeding ground for a lot of other problems such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other lifestyle diseases. Therefore, to ensure a healthy body, it is imperative to manage body weight and find time to exercise regularly.


 

Getting rid of excessive weight: There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. A well balanced diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your health condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss.

There are a number of things that can be done to shed off extra kilos and get back into shape. Here are the most important ones:

Dieting or eating less will deprive the body from many of these essential nutrients. So forget weight loss, body won't be able to even function properly. Working out: This is the second pillar for weight loss. Your choice of exercise may be a brisk walk, jogging, joining dance lessons or hitting a gym. Make sure that the exercise regime you choose, is challenging for your body. Toughen the regime as you start getting comfortable with it.


 

Be persistent: It is important to be regular and diligent with your diet and exercise regime. Self-discipline will take you a long way. Make sure you enjoy your food and exercise, this way you will be able to carry on for a longer duration. While all the aspects of losing weight are important at some point in the process, the most important part is to have an expert by your side who will provide correct counselling and a personalized diet and exercise plan, specifically to meet your needs. A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 10 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

Yes it is useful in decreasing the dark spots but only Limcee will not help. You need to apply creams to decrease pimples and dark spots

Hello, if you want to put on weight burn less and consume more in a nutritious way. 1. Eat 4 servings of fruit per day where two being in juice form (fresh juice not canned or bottled) 2. Eat quality protein from lean cuts if meat, egg, legumes, beans, pulses and milk 3. Use mixture of complex and simple grains like white rice+ brown rice. 4. Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

I am a sports person and I play cricket but my stamina is getting low how can I improve it?

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

I had three front teeth implanted three months back. I do not have any pain or discomfort but the impanted set shakes when I touch. Does this mean implant has failed?

Hi, you need to get a check up clinically to figure out if only the crowns are moving or crowns along with implants are moving in the jaw. If the implants are moving they need to be replaced but if only the crowns are moving they can be tighten. You can go back to your dentist who did your treatment and get the solution for the same.
