Dear sir, I always get useless thoughts comes in my minds and I cannot control over it and it gives heavy stress on my brain/skull muscles and due to that sometimes I get headache, paining all around shoulder muscles, generate gases, neck muscles paining, paining and flickering of left eyes muscles, paining behind the left ear muscles and paining that vain which goes from left shoulder to left eye via left brain. Also, once I am continuously working more than one hour by giving full attention in my work then my neck muscles giving full pain. Finally at that time, I do not like anything, nothing makes me happy at this moment and I feel very awkwardness I need to go outside from the home or work. Sometimes it also gives a felling like that it is my last day on earth. Most probably this kind of things is to be happened when I am alone. But recently as per doctors advice once I have stop to take MODAFIL MD 100 TAB and ESPAZINE 1MG TAB medicine again my problem start and I get the same thing as I described in above. Hi lybrate-user, Your concern in genuine and understandable! Though your concerns are vast and require proper sessions of therapy/ counseling. Here's what you can do to relax your self! Jacob's progressive muscle relaxation Progressive Muscle Relaxation teaches you how to relax your muscles through a two step process. First, you systematically tense particular muscle groups in your body, such as your neck and shoulders. Next, you release the tension and notice how your muscles feel when you relax them. This exercise will help you to lower your overall tension and stress levels, and help you relax when you are feeling anxious. It can also help reduce physical problems such as stomachaches and headaches, as well as improve your sleep STEP ONE: Tension The first step is applying muscle tension to a specific part of the body. This step is essentially the same regardless of which muscle group you are targeting. First, focus on the target muscle group, for example, your left hand. Next, take a slow, deep breath and squeeze the muscles as hard as you can for about 5 seconds. It is important to really feel the tension in the muscles, which may even cause a bit of discomfort or shaking. In this instance, you would be making a tight fist with your left hand. It is easy to accidentally tense other surrounding muscles (for example, the shoulder or arm), so try to ONLY tense the muscles you are targeting. Isolating muscle groups gets easier with practice. Be Careful! Take care not to hurt yourself while tensing your muscles. You Should never feel intense or shooting pain while completing this exercise. Make the muscle tension deliberate, yet gentle. If you have problems with Pulled muscles, broken bones, or any medical issues that would hinder Physical activity, consult your doctor first. STEP TWO: Relaxing the Tense Muscles This step involves quickly relaxing the tensed muscles. After about 5 seconds, let all the tightness flow out of the tensed muscles. Exhale as you do this step. You should feel the muscles become loose and limp, as the tension flows out. It is important to very deliberately focus on and notice the difference between the tension and relaxation. This is the most important part of the whole exercise. Remain in this relaxed state for about 15 seconds, and then move on to the next muscle group. Repeat the tension-relaxation steps. After completing all of the muscle groups, take some time to enjoy the deep state of relaxation. Note: It can take time to learn to relax the body and notice the difference between tension and relaxation. At first, it can feel uncomfortable to be focusing on your body, but this can become quite enjoyable over time. The Different Muscle Groups During this exercise, you will be working with almost all the major muscle groups in your body. To make it easier to remember, start with your feet and systematically move up (or if you prefer, you can do it in the reverse order, from your forehead down to your feet). For example: Foot (curl your toes downward) Lower leg and foot (tighten your calf muscle by pulling toes towards you) Entire leg (squeeze thigh muscles while doing above) (Repeat on other side of body) Hand (clench your fist) Entire right arm (tighten your biceps by drawing your forearm up towards your Shoulder and “make a muscle”, while clenching fist) (Repeat on other side of body) Buttocks (tighten by pulling your buttocks together) Stomach (suck your stomach in) Chest (tighten by taking a deep breath) Neck and shoulders (raise your shoulders up to touch your ears) Mouth (open your mouth wide enough to stretch the hinges of your jaw) Eyes (clench your eyelids tightly shut) Forehead (raise your eyebrows as far as you can). Practice this, but, your situation demands detailed analysis and monitoring of thoughts as well. Many a times, stress and ache are connected to the way of thinking. Fever of 1 month duration need meticulous evaluation. You haven't revealed more or anything else associated with your fever. Please give in details regarding fever like, low grade or high grade, with or without chills/rigor, frequency of fever-multiple times daily or alternate days or whatever else, associated with headache/cough/burning urination etc. And all investigation reports already done.

I am 22 year male and I want to know how can I increase my body weight because I have been going to gym for about a year and I have a ectomorphic body structure my weight is 62 kg according to my height which is 6'1 it should be a minimum of 72 kg at least I have tried muscle gainers and maintained a diet after muscle gainer didn't showed up but nothing changed only my body has become lean but still skinny. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

This could be due to flurosis. Such stains cannot be permanently removed by scalling or bleaching as the tooth surface tends to catch up stains faster due to roughness. You require treatments such as laminates/ veneers to solve your prob permanently. However if your stains r due to heavy smoking, they can b removed by scalling n if reqd enamel microabrasion n bleaching.

If she has difficulty in passing urine leading to recurrent urinary tract infections the best treatment is intermittent self catheterisation using a sterile technique. I would advise you to see a urologist so that this can be explained further.

At this stage you should apply lemon juice for one hour daily and wash it. You can do it twice daily. Do not rub or scratch the acne. If you have constipation report back with all details on private questions.

Dark spots can be removed with regular use of kojic acid based cream. Make sure to use sunscreen daily in the morning and use kojic acid cream only before bedtime.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

To be fit you need to take enough, protein, vitamins minerals, fiber, and good fatty acids in your diet, so eat all type of food, from where you get these nutrition. Do some physical activities every day for 1 hour. Drink more water in a day. Have a adequate rest to get better health, especially if we are working in a ac environment, we have better chances to expose to all new kind of diseases, like vitamin-d devifiency, diabetes, cholesterol. Etc etc.

I get severe headche before my periods every month.It is very unbearable. Is it normal or do i need to see a doctor?

It is not normal. Your vata is vitiated. Before & during periods, have 2 tsf ghee in milk twice daily. Headache will not occur.
