Sir I had fungal infection in my inner part but the mark has not gone what to do.
Use dk gel twice daily, along with the following medicine. Contact me or send photos on direct private online consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment. Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema, bacterial and viral infection, doctor need to see to confirm the diagnosis. So, meet me in my clinic or do direct online consultation by sending photos for detailed information and medicine for treatment.

I am Suffering from dark eye circle from 4 yrs. Female 21 yrs. Headache max time. Eye check up done, no such problem found. What should she do?

BHMS

Hi , so many causative factors for dark circles, like excessive exposure to sun, stress and anxiety, insufficient sleep, hereditary factors, some hormonal imbalances etc. In homoeopathy we have excellent medicines for this. Better to apply almond oil at bedtime and wash with cold water on morning, along with medicines. Is her periods regular or not?

I am getting breakouts on my chin. My hormonal blood tests are all okay. My skin is very fair and oily. Please suggest how do I get rid of these breakouts.

These are the best methods to cure pimples & breakouts -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25,000 I. U. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

Plz suggest me which one is better for skin whitening honey and lemon face pack or almond and milk face pack?
Honey, curd, aloe vera and papaya is a very good face pack. This is because honey moisurises, curd lightens, aloe kills bacteria and papaya is an antiageing agent which imparts glow to the face.
