Hello, it is better to opt natural resources to reduce obeasity. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. Dear Lybrate user. You need to wear supporter pants. When you do exercises, the testicles sag and there is a chance of fluid retention and related infections. Take care.

According to your height your weight should be 57 kg. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals. Stay always active and take proper rest. These will help you to get healthy life.

The most common cause is dehydration. Try drinking lots of fluids, 3-4L/day. If the problem persists even after that, contact me, it might be an intestinal problem.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. Repetition of some activities till getting satisfied is not a mental disorder. For example, people check the door lock repeatedly, check the switches, check the doors of cars repeatedly etc. These are considered normal activities. If you have something more than this, and if the repetition manifests tension or anxiety within you, then it could be obsessive compulsive disorder.

Hi lybrate-user, please consult a doctor and dietician before you start taking any such supplements. The best treatment for pcod is a high fiber low fat diet and believe me thyroid and pcod both can be treated best with a diet only as there is no permanent cure for the same. These supplements would just give you temporary effects or would have no effect at all. Have a diet which has good amounts of fiber which you shall get from foods like fruits, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, daliya. Consume nuts like almonds or walnuts because they contain good fats (only 4 in a day. To add protein you can have dal, pulses, chicken, eggs, yoghurt, milk, cottage cheese etc. Stay hydrated and drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day.

For small stone, no treatment is required. It will pass automatically in the urine. Drink plenty of water. If it is causing symptoms like pain/bleeding while passing urine it may require surgery (LASER/ESWL. Take USG/CT abdomen and consult urologist for advice.

Hello lybrate-user, you may be having excessive salivation. But during day time we keep swallowing it, but during deep sleep swallowing reflexes are slow, so saliva droops out of the mourh on pillow. It may be due to 1. Side sleep posture 2. Sinus infection 3. Acidity.

Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times apply neem sandal face wash and anti aging moisturizer (bhargava pharma) steam on face 3 times a week 1 tsp triphala churan at night with semi hot water cap neem guard 1 cap in morning abf report after 1 month stay healthy.

Hi, please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily. Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Your excess body fat can be measured by skinfold calipers which are used in gym and fitness centers. You need to consume diet which increases your basal metabolic rate and also improve your lean body mass. If you are not doing any exercise start with light workout and gradually need 45 min for your workout with combination of exercises of cardio, weight training and flexibility. With 1 day of rest in a week.
