Hello, It's better to take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day and see the growth in 1 month.

You have irregular bleeding due to the tablet and unwanted is meant to be taken daily . It is emergency contraceptive pill . You can use other methods like copper T or rhythm method

Green tea is obvious choice as it has lot of antioxidants. But you can take normal tea or coffee also.the main aim is to take any three with water only don't add milk or sugar. Try to enjoy tea, green tea or coffee wothout sugar or milk, generate a taste for this, it's quite good. I myself used it. Best of luck

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Dear, you can apply these home remedies: * take one teaspoon of honey mix it with one teaspoon of milk cream or you can mix it with malai. Apply it on your face for 10 minutes and then wash it with water. * you can apply only one teaspoon of honey for 5 minutes, then rinse with water. * mash a piece of papaya apply it on your face for 5 minutes. Wash it with water. * if you are not obese then add protein diet in your food such as cheese and a bowl of cereal.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

I have a sleep cycle disorder as diagnosed by my psychiatrist. But the medication is not working as per the expectations (I am on diazepam, imipramine hydrochloride and clonazepam) Moreover, I am involved in physical workout, healthy diet, following the guidelines to get good sleep (Like No caffeine intake after 5 pm, no laptops/tv 2 hours before sleeping etc.) Still I get lot of dreams during sleep which makes me very tired in the morning (Mentally as well as physically).

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Hello, You need to definitely focus on calories but it means calories alone doesn't matter in weight management. Quality of your calories also matter. Example 1 Samoa and 100gm of vegetable stirfry might have same calories but stir fry is better option than Samosa. Healthy high calorie foods include milk, curd, egg, lean meat, beans, pulses. Fruits also have good calories to add to regular meals. so focus on eating high calorie healthy food to increase weight. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit.☺
