I want to fill me teeth gap but I do not want to fill it by braces is there another treatment? please help.

Post-Graduate Certificate in Oral Implantology (PGCOI), Certificate In Cosmetic Dentistry, Diploma In Facial Aesthetics, BDS
Dentist, Gurgaon
Hello yes there are many treatment options to fill the gap between teeth firstly is braces that you don't want to go for. Secondly is the invisible braces called as CLEAR ALIGNERS. These are transparent trays which you have to wear weekly. For further information check then you can also go for veneers but for that we need to check the gap between teeth. Crowns are also an option. Best option which can naturally close the spaces between your teeth is Clear Aligner treatment. Regards.

How we take care about my teeth It should be in yellowness I do not smoke, what will you toothpaste etc.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

How can I fix my upper and lower teeth gap (front). Nd what's the price or fee for that treatment. Tell me the total process time will take that treatment. Thanks I hope you will reply soon as well.

Dentist, Gurgaon
It completely depends upon the amount of space between the teeth. Preferred treatment always is ortho treatment as it naturally close the space but now a days cosmetic dentistry has overpowered it as its is less time consuming. Ortho treatment may take 6 months to one year but cosmetic treatments do not take more than 2-2.5 months. Moreover, it may cost between 30-60 thousand for orthodontic treatment whereas cosmetic treatments can hugely vary, starting from 20 thousand onwards.

Tongue cleaning is as important as brushing. Clean your tongue everytime you brush to reduce accumulation of deposits, which can lead to bad odour.

I am 3rd month pregnant. Since 1 years I am suffering with bad breath. I am brushing daily two times or three times. I tried all home remedies and changed many tooth pastes also no use. I am working. I am facing lot of problems with this. And I am pregnant now not able use any medication also. Please please suggest me solution to over come this permanently.

It is very common in pregnancy to have bad breath as you will have gingivitis because of hormonal changes. You should go for scaling and use mouthwwash containing chlorhexidine.

Hello brushing teeth regularly two times daily is very important to avoid any tooth problems. The black thing is plaque deposited in teeth. Go for professional cleaning and bleaching.

Ayurvedic Remedies for Oral Health

Dental health might come across as a rather innocuous problem, but there is no reason for us to take it lightly. Dental health often functions as the index to an overall good health and it is extremely crucial for one and all to maintain the utmost hygiene level. Your teeth are arguably one of the most susceptible parts of your body wherein the slightest neglect can result in substantial damage. Dental ailment pans across a variety of diseases which unless immediately arrested, can potentially inflict a lot of harm.

We all know about that dreaded toothache and it is not an experience that one would like reliving. Although dentists with their whole host of extractions, fillings and excisions often help in soothing those toothaches, for a more natural mode of healing and remedying dental disorders, one may turn to Ayurveda.  Ayurveda regards healthy lifestyle practices like balanced and wise dietary choices and diligent brushing as the most fundamental requisite for maintaining your oral health.

Some of the advisable methods for upholding oral hygiene can be enlisted as follows:

  1. Dant Dhavani or Brushing: As an alternative to the new age bristle brushes, Ayurveda recommends the herbal chewing sticks for the purpose of brushing.  As per Ayurveda, the effect is better in those sticks which have a bitter or an astringent taste. For this purpose, Neem, Licorice, Cutch, Arjuna, Milkweed or Fever Nut are best suited.
  2. Gargling with rock salt and mustard oil: For the upkeep of oral hygiene, it is a healthy practice to massage the gums with mustard oil and rock salt. One can gargle it off with warm water after leaving it for a span of five minutes. Persistent following of this method can bring considerable improvement to your oral hygiene. It is also a good way to mitigate the impacts of asthma and migraine.
  3. Jivha Lekhana or Tongue Scraping: Pure metal is endowed with a lot of health boosting properties. Thus, instead of stainless steel tongue cleaners, Ayurveda advocates the use of scrapers made of gold, silver or copper. This helps in battling bad odor and enhances your sense of taste.

Lybrate-user ji pain is not uncommon during rct. I am sure after the 2nd appointment it will subside totally. In the mean time you can rinse with warm saline water and take a potent analgesic after consulting your dentist.

Dentist, Vadodara
Its best to brush twice daily. But if you can't than take care of your teeth more. Forcefully gargle with water after you eat or drink anything. Limit your food intake to 4-5 times a day only.

Hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B level checked. If required, take supplements for it.

For healthier teeth, flossing daily in a sawing motion is highly recommended. Take the floss to the point where the teeth meet the gums.
