Hello, Halitosis, also called bad breath, is a symptom in which a noticeably unpleasant odor is present on the exhaled breath. Of those who have genuine halitosis, often the odor is caused by bacteria present below the gumline and on the back of the tongue. Rest of them is accounted for by many different conditions, including disorders in the nasal cavity, sinuses, throat, lungs, esophagus, stomach or elsewhere. Very rarely, halitosis can be one of many symptoms of a serious underlying medical condition such as liver failure; but, in the vast majority of cases, the cause is minor and can often be reduced by adjustments to oral hygiene, including brushing or gently scraping the back of the tongue and improving the health of the gums by using dental floss. The intensity of bad breath may differ during the day, due to eating certain foods (such as garlic, onions, meat, fish, and cheese), smoking,[12] and alcohol consumption. Since the mouth is exposed to less oxygen[medical citation needed] and is inactive during the night, the odor is usually worse upon awakening (" morning breath"). Bad breath may be transient, often disappearing following eating, drinking, tooth brushing, flossing, or rinsing with specialized mouthwash. So, in your case, need to make a diagnosis for right medicine. Medication: Use homoeopathic SBL’s Homeodent toothpaste twice (morning & night) a day daily. Use Cinnamon Q (mother tincture) diluted with water for gargling or use Bakson’s Perio Aid mouthwash after every meal. And take orally - Merc. Sol. 30/ twice a day daily for 2 weeks. Then revert.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants t

I am 38 years female having severe pain on back side of my shoulders and down up to rib cage I cannot move my arms freely as it hurts I cannot lie on my back or both side of arms as it hurts so I cannot sleep properly. . Reduce your portions by using smaller plates, asking for a small ice cream cone, beverage or sandwich instead of a large, splitting main dish at a restaurant with a friend or ordering a lunch-size portion even at dinner. It’s better to take a fixed portion on to the plate and not eat directly from the serving bowl. Do you know just 2 cookies or small biscuits more than your requirement in a day will make you put on 5 Kgs in a year and 25 Kgs in 5 years? So we need to take care of our serving sizes. 2. Increase the volume. Choose low-fat, high-fiber foods which fill you up with minimal calories. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes are high-volume foods that not only help trim your waistline but also provide nutrients essential for health. 3. Add fruits and vegetables to all your meals. Add one fruit or vegetable to every meal, and you'll be on your way to lower blood pressure and improved health. Try apples for breakfast, raw cucumber or carrots with lunch and fruit salad with dinner. 4. Hydrate yourself. Get a water bottle and carry it with you everywhere you go. You'll find yourself drinking water while you're driving, at your desk, during meetings and watching TV. Drinking water instead of coffee, soda, fruit punch or other sweetened beverages saves calories as it keeps your body functioning optimally. Drinking lukewarm water is even better. 5. Go Vegan majorly. Eat meatless meals for at least 5 days per week or more. Choose a paneer/mushroom curry instead of chicken or mutton curry, vegetable sandwich in place of a chicken sandwich, veggie burger instead of hamburger. You'll consume less fat and saturated fat, plus increase your fiber intake! 6. Enhance your Breakfast Studies show people who start the day with breakfast cereal have higher intakes of vitamins and fiber and lower intakes of fat and saturated fat. For the healthiest cereal, choose one with at least five grams of fiber and no more than eight grams sugar per serving. Pour on skim milk for a double bonus! 7. Don’t eat before the tube Stop eating meals while watching TV or snacking during your favorite show. Research plus common sense tells us we eat more when we're watching the tube. 8. Not 3 but 5. Have at least 5 small meals a day in place of 3 big ones to keep your metabolic rate high which in turn helps in weight loss. A good day’s diet should have small and frequent meals i. E. 5 meals in the day rather than 3 big meals. We need to learn to have the Best Breakfast, Nutritious Midmorning snack, Good Lunch, Light Evening snack with beverage and an Early Dinner every day. 9. Pack your meals. Instead of buying lunch every day, or worse yet, skipping lunch altogether, pack your lunch as far as possible. Make a sandwich with whole grain bread, a chapatti roll with lots of veggies, salad like sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, and grated carrots. Add a piece of fresh fruit. Satisfy your sweet tooth with yogurt or fat-free pudding and your need for crunch with soya sticks, murmura, almonds, or may be just a little ‘saunf’(fennel seeds). You'll save money and eat less fat, salt and sugar. 10. Do not fast, do not feast. Neither skip meals nor have everything in one meal. We need to learn to eat when we are hungry & stop when sufficiently full. We need to learn to self-regulate.

You may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert.

कैम्फ़ॅ को  सिनामोमम कैम्फोरा  पेड़  से  निकाला  जाता  है  जो  कि  मुख्य  रूप  से  वियतनाम,  चीन  और  जापान  में  उगाया  जाता  है। यह भारत में कपूर के रूप में भी जाना जाता है और मुख्य रूप से पूजा के प्रयोजन के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यह ऊनी कपड़े में भी रखा जाता है ताकि कपड़े की कीट को दूर रखा जा सके। कपूर आदर्श रूप से अपने चिकित्सीय गुणों के लिए जाना जाता है और सदियों से उपयोग किया गया है।

1. त्वचा  पर खुजली  और  जलन  के  लिए: 
शांत  और सुगंधित  कपूर  का  उपयोग  त्वचा  की  खुजली  और  जलन  को  कम  करने  के  लिए  किया  जा  सकता  है। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर लगाने से, कपूर में मिश्रित तंत्रिका अंत को सक्रिय करता है, और यह एक सुखदायक सनसनी पैदा करता है। कपूर का उपयोग मामूली जलने के इलाज के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है और जले  के निशान को हटाने के लिए नियोजित किया जा सकता है।

4. फटी एड़ियां ठीक करने के लिये: फटी एड़ियों से  राहत  के  लिए,  आपको  अपने  पैरों  को  कपूर  और  पानी  के  घोल में  भिगोना   चाहिए  और  फिर  पैरों  को  साफ़  करना  चाहिए। इसके बाद, आप उन पर क्रीम, मॉइस्चराइज़र या पेट्रोलियम जेली लागू कर सकते हैं। यह आपकी त्वचा को नम बनाए रखेगी और दरारें होने से रोकेंगी।
5. स्वस्थ, मजबूत और सुंदर बालों के लिए: कपूर  का  तेल  बाल की  जड़ों  को  फिर  से  सशक्त  कर  सकता  है। कपूर के तेल अंडे या दही के साथ बालों को बहुत आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों की आपूर्ति कर सकता है। जब कपूर के तेल को लैवेंडर और कैमोमाइल जैसे आवश्यक तेलों के साथ जोड़ा जाता है, तो यह बाल विकास को बढ़ावा दे सकता है। कपूर के तेल  का  आवधिक  उपयोग   बालों  की  बनावट  को  नरम  बनाने  और  बालों  के  झड़ने  से  लड़ने  में  सुधार  कर  सकता  है।

7. विंसकुलन के लिए: कपूर  के तेल की शक्ति और सुस्त सुगंध एक अच्छा डिकॉन्गेंस्टेंट हो सकता है। यह तुरंत नाक और फेफड़ों के जमाव को कम कर सकता है।
8. तंत्रिकाशूलरोधी: न्यूरलिया एक गंभीर दर्दनाक स्थिति है जिसमें आसपास के रक्त वाहिकाओं के सूजन के कारण नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर प्रभाव पड़ता है। कपूर  के तेल से इसका भी इलाज किया जा सकता है। यह तेल रक्त वाहिकाओं के संकुचन का कारण बन सकता है, जिससे नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर दबाव कम हो सकता है।

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Dear, Menorrhagia is unusually heavy or long menstrual periods. Generally, the menstrual period lasts from 3-5 days and normal flow is between 80-100 ml. If it exceeds this indicate the menorrhagia. Heavy bleeding can lead to an iron deficiency, and ultimately result in anemia other side effects like acne, excessive hair growth and rapid weight gain.

To clear the scar marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

7 simple yet powerful steps to lose weight and maintain it in a healthy way
The real way to reduce your weight and keep it in check is surprisingly very simple. The main culprit of weight related issues is refined sugar which is the main constituent of most commercially available snacks, drinks and hot beverages that you consume. If you want to lose weight in a" healthy way" and maintain it then you need to adhere to the following points:

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc.
2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day.
3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether.
4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes.
5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises.
6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain.
7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

what should I do now?
You take jwarantak tablet 2 after breakfast, 2 after lunch, 2 after dinner for 3 days. In support if fever is high than take peracitamol 250 mg tablet once.
