Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Take complex carbs with proteins in combination for dinner like moong dal khichadi and chapti with green vegetable is good for dinner.you don't need to avoid cabs you just need to take light dinner which allows limited carbs.

Apply hot fermentation manage your weight, upper body weight also stress knee joints do morning & evening walk get x-ray of knee joints to rule out whether its arthritis do knee isometrics- lie straight, keep a towel roll under your knee, press it downwards hold for 3 sec & relax, 20 repetitions each leg, twice daily sitting on a chair or side of bed lift leg up hold for 3 sec & relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily, ensure that while sitting back should be straight sitting on a chair do ball kicking- take a basketball or football & do 10 kicks each, twice daily avoid long standing or walking for long distances avoid floor sitting, squatting position &crossed leg position should do minimal stair climbing.

Dear Lybrate User, • Drinking a cup of hot water with 1 tsp of honey and 10 drops of apple cider vinegar is a wonderful way to start the day. Honey and apple cider vinegar have scraping effects and can help with reducing excess adipose tissue. • Eliminating alcohol, caffeine and smoking. There is abundant information on how many negative effects these substances induce in the body. They can alter the digestive fire and create cravings for unhealthy foods. • Reducing dairy and meats from the diet. These foods are heavy, gross and can lead to slow, sluggish digestion which will increase the same qualities in the body. Therefore one will have excess heaviness, lethargy and poor metabolism with overconsumption of these foods. • Consume the largest meal at lunch – when digestion is strongest and keep dinner a simple and light meal. • Incorporate ginger pickles and teas in the diet. Ginger is an effective herb for stimulating digestion and removing toxins from the body. It will also help to increase metabolism. • Reducing the cold element in the diet and incorporating more hot meals will also bring changes to health. • Fresh vegetables such as beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, leafy greens, onions, garlic, peppers and sprouts will help increase the light element in the body. Fruits to favor include; berries, apples, pears, pomegranate, raisins, lemons, prunes and apricots. Yes it may be if you are not taking care now. If you wish to maintain long hair in future you need proper care of scalp. Use coriander and curry leaves juice for scalp massage once a week. Do hot oil therapy every day. As well as you can do few mudras which can give better results in long term.

First and foremost take medicines for diabetes regularly. And follow these simple advices -Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday. Avoid skipping meals. -Include high fibre foods at each meal i.e.Legumes (beans/lentils, nuts (almonds, walnut, eggs etc) ? -Take fruit as a healthy snack i.e. Apples, pears, papaya, mausami, jamun, guava -Avoid: grapes, mango, bananas, jackfruit,cheeku . -Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal. Include foods like daliya, oats, -Reduce the fat intake, fried foods, cakes, pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil. Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day.Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets? if so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute . DIABETIC DIET CHART:: morning: 4-5 almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6: 30 a. M: tea + 2 mariegold biscuits (only for those who can't skip morning tea) 8: 00-9: 00 a. M: 2 roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11: 00-12: 00 a. M: fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1: 00-2: 00 p. M: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4: 00-5: 00 p. M: tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri (only if hungry) 7: 00 p. M: salads/coconut water/lemon water (without sugar) 8: 00-9: 00 p. M: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk try to sleep daily on sametime till 11: 00 p. M. Special precautions: Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jiggery Note: for preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3: 1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour.

The foul smelling flatus or flatulence is mainly and usually because of infection of the intestines or constipation. Both the conditions are easily treatable by a family physician. But when you are not responding to the treatments, then some other pathology should also be thought. Colonoscopy i.e. examination of colon by inserting a tube will be required. But first think simple. See a general physician.

You may have wrong concept.during excitation there is secretions of glands and it is not sperm.confirm whether it is penile discharge or not. If it is not discharge which happens after masturbation then nothing to worry.

To clear the burn mark - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Don't worry losing 40 to 60 hair strands is not much but you can take the below for the prevention of hair fall. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4.Kali phos 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 5.Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . Revert after 15 days.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Yes, in a way. Not that the masturbation decreases the penis size. Routine masturbation (not borne out of genuine need, but done routinely despite lack of desire) leads ejaculations without the penis getting fully hard. By giving adequate gap between 2 acts of masturbation, the penis will have the chance of getting fully erect and hard so that you will feel that it has returned to normal size.
