Fetal heart sound can be heard around 10-12 weeks by fetal doppler. You can be able to know about it as early as 8 weeks through fetal ultrasound.

You can wait for another month to get menses and then you can take these tablets. Hormonal changes, weight gain or stress can delay menses.

Yes there is a chance that you could be pregnant if you had an unprotected intercourse and you miss your period. The first thing you should do is to take a pregnancy test.

Three months is a long time you should have checked your urine for pregnancy test please do it now and take treatment according to the results.

Hello, Having sex wouldn't land you in any problem related to your menses. It's something related to your internal reason, so get blood (for CBC) tested and an ultrasound (pelvis) done. Share the reports with me along with rest of the symptoms associated with it. Medication: For the time being, start taking homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - both for 3 times a day for 1month. Revert me back with the reports.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Is there any contraindication for taking misoprostol for abortion if I have previous history of POST PARTUM haemorrhage. I have two normal deliveries with one history of mtp.

It depends on the duration of pregnancy this time. If product is large you may bleed excessive. So do it under supervision of a gynaecologist.

Unbalanced Doshas - Diet Tips You Must Follow

Ayurveda recognises how each individual is different and that food intake must vary for each person. Ayurveda in total has identified six taste groups i.e sour, sweet, pungent, salty, astringent and bitter. All these taste groups have health benefits. The inclusion of all of these six tastes gives you satisfaction and provides nourishment and choosing one food group over the other may lead to health issues. A lot of people falter when it comes to eat right and overdo fast food. Eating bitter and pungent foods helps in reducing sugar cravings.

An overall view
The doshas can also be affected by the six tastes. Doshas can increase or decrease depending on the kind of food intake. They fluctuate depending on the laws of attraction. Predominance of ‘kapha’ leads to more accumulation of the same. ‘Vata’ gets pacified by salty, sour and sweet foods. Bitter, sweet and pungent foods reduce 'pitta'. ‘Kapha’ gets reduced by bitter, astringent and pungent foods.

For Vata
Warm and heavily cooked foods are soothing for ‘vata’ type. Sweeteners, fatty or oily food help ‘vata’. Wheat and rice work wonders for ‘vata’. Vegetables, juicy fruits and cream are good for ‘vata’ as well. However, spicy and hot foods should be avoided.

For Pitta
Pitta is fiery; hence hot foods should be avoided. Cool foods assist digestion. Oil, salt and fat should be taken in small quantities. Ripe and sweet fruits and most vegetables help pacify pitta. Dairy products (except sour ones) are OK in moderation. Mint and coriander cool pitta. Pomegranate, rice and coconuts bring down pitta as well.

For Kapha
Kapha needs warming up and should be stimulated. Dry, warm and light foods lower kapha. Less oil and fat should be used. Barley, rye and buckwheat are grains that are ideal for kapha and so are cranberries and apples. Salt should be minimal for kapha types. Non-fat or low fat milk is ok, but cultured dairy should be abstained from.

Ama, a toxic substance, is believed to form once there is incomplete digestion. You should drink plenty of water at room temperature or warm water to prevent the formation of ‘ama’. Eating what sets your tongue on fire is also healthy for your body.

There won't be such injection or tab. Just be relax and keep your self calm and prepare your mind for it. It's between you both understanding. How you both do it. One thing can be done is apply lubricating gel which help in getting inserted penis in vagina.

Anulom vilom pranayama is one of several pranayama or breathing exercise used in the practice of hatha yoga. At first you have to understand the meaning of
Anuloma and viloma. In this the first word anu roughly translates as with and word loma means hair implying “with the grain” or “natural”. And meaning of viloma is “against the grain.” anuloma is opposite to viloma. It is very helpful in respiratory related diseases like asthama. Anulom vilom pranayama is the best way to balancing the tri dosas in our body. Our body get ill when tri dosas are not in balancing position. Vaat, pitta, kaffa are know as tri dosas, tri means “three” and the meaning of dosas is impurities. All these are present in body of every people. If one of them is imbalance than we suffer from different diseases. All of three are the cause of all diseases. So it’s important to balance these tri dosas. If you really want to balance these tri dosas than do anulom vilom pranayam regularly. It is the simplest and best way for this.

Steps of anulom vilom pranayama:

Anulom vilom pranayama is very easy to do, first of all close your eyes and sit in padmasana and rest your hands on your knees.
Close the right nostril with the right thumb. Inhale slowly through the left nostril, inhale the oxygen as much as you can, this will fill your lungs with air.
Remove your thumb from your right nostril, as you remove your thumb from right nostril just exhale.
When you exhale use your middle finger to close your left nostril then inhale with our right nostril and remove thumb from right nostril then exhale. Repeat this process for 5 minutes. Be focused and concentrate in your breathing.

Benefits of anulom vilom pranayam:

Helps to cure mental problems like depression, anxiety, tension etc.
Most beneficial for breathing related problems like (bronchitis, asthama) etc. Improve the working of lungs.
Anulom vilom pranayama is the ideal pranayama for healthy heart. Anulom vilom pranayama is also known as nadi shodhana pranayam (alternate nostril breathing). It is next level of anulom vilom. In anulom vilom pranayama we inhale and exhale, but in nadi shodhana pranayam we hold (kumbhaka or retention) our breath for a second or minute than exhale.

I am a patient of PCOD. Have hair growth on chin. What should I do? I have already taken medication from Gynaecologist to balance the hormones but its not working out. Also I am putting on weight which I am trying to loose through work out. Pls advice if anything else can be done. On medication Diane35.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

You have pain and irritation in anal area. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take lots of fibres like in fruits and vegetables and avoid constipation.

First of all I wud like to advice you usg whole abdomen and hormonal study. There are many allopathic medicine to stop bleeding like texakind mf and ethamsylate. You may take any of them to stop loss of blood. Start with raktapradarantak ras 250 mg twice a day with water. Pushyanug churna 5 to 7 gm twice a day with rice water. If you feel any problem, stop medicines and consult me again with investigation reports for ayurvedic management and diet plan.

Hello, symptoms that women may have around the time of menopause and tips for dealing with them. Hot flashes •Try to notice what triggers your hot flashes and avoid those things. Possible triggers to consider include spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, stress, or being in a hot place. •Dress in layers and remove some when you feel a flash starting. •Use a fan in your home or workplace. •If you still have menstrual periods, ask your doctor if you might take low-dose oral contraceptives (birth control pills). These may help symptoms and prevent pregnancy. •Try taking slow, deep breaths when a flash starts. •If you’re overweight, losing weight might help with hot flashes, Vaginal dryness •A water-based, over-the-counter vaginal lubricant like K-Y Jelly or Astroglide can help make sex more comfortable. •An over-the-counter vaginal moisturizer like Replens can help keep needed moisture in your vagina if used every few days and can make sex more comfortable. Sleeping Problems •One of the best ways to get a good night's sleep is to be physically active. You might want to avoid exercise close to bedtime, though, since it might make you more awake. •Avoid large meals, smoking, and working right before bedtime. Avoid caffeine after noon, and avoid alcohol close to bedtime. •Try drinking something warm before bedtime, such as caffeine-free tea or warm milk. •Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool. Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex. •Avoid napping during the day, and try to go to bed and get up at the same times every day. •If you wake during the night and can't get back to sleep, get up and do something relaxing until you’re sleepy. •Avoid taking on too many duties. Look for positive ways to ease your stress. Memory problems •Some women complain of memory problems or trouble focusing in midlife. But studies suggest that natural menopause has little effect on these functions. •Getting enough sleep and keeping physically active might help improve symptoms. Mental exercises may help too, so ask your doctor about them. •If forgetfulness or other mental problems are affecting your daily life, see your physician.
