I am a veggie. I have been anaemic for the past few years. Am allergic to iron injections and tabs (I fall sick when I take them). I am 53 kgs and 5 ft tall. I am not fat but I want to reduce excess fat on my thighs. I need a diet plan to work on this. Also I am also looking for a diet that would give me a clear and healthy skin.

Mere diet plan will not do to reduce fat. However you should -- Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Keep bowels clear.

Hye. Before and after sport or workout meal is very important. You may be going for play empty stomach and possibly after play either not having the right meal or overeating. Also staying empty stomach for more than an hour or two of waking up can also lead to low energy levels.

I am using Dr. Reddy's hairootz tablet for my hair greying problem. Is it good for my problem. Is there any side effects of the tablet? my hairs are getting white.

Hairootz tablets has biotin and folicacid as its contents and hence it should be used in normal individual for preventing greying of hair and not for treating the problem and it does not have any side effects but to be taken under the guidance of a registered medical practitioner.

E medication. You have to recognize your symptoms whether they are really indicative of depression. Start a journal. Starting a journal can help you reflect on your depression and feelings and monitor your sensations throughout the day. Make a goal of writing in your journal at least once a day, preferably in the evenings, when you can wrap up whatever the day brought you. Writing in a journal can make you feel more in touch with your thoughts, less alone, and more aware of the things that make you happy or unhappy Find a new passion, surround yourself with positive people. Improve your sleeping habits. Improving your sleeping habits can be a drastic improvement for your mental health. Work on finding a sleep schedule that works for you. Here are some things that you can do: Start going to bed and waking up at the same time every day and night. This will make you feel more well rested and will make it easier for you to fall asleep and wake up. Start your day off on the right foot. Spring out of bed and drink a glass of water right away instead of hitting snooze five times before you roll out of bed. Develop an effective pre-sleep routine. Limit or eliminate caffeine from your diet, especially after noon. Caffeine will make it harder for you to fall asleep. Exercising for just thirty minutes a day will have a dramatic impact on your physical and mental health. Exercising can give you more energy and make you feel more motivated throughout the day. Find an exercise plan that works for you and stick to it. Even taking a walk for just 20 minutes a day can help you get some exercise while you reflect. Find a gym or workout friend. This will make the experience more enjoyable. Set a goal when you work out. Maybe you can have a goal of training for a 5K, or learning how to do a tricky yoga pose. Don't worry you will overcome it. I am 25 years old woman, working in IT domain, having 8 hours of seating job, 6 hours of sleeping other than that remaining hours includes work at home. I am suffering with digestion problem so due to that I have constipation. Due to this my weight increased from 52 to 58 within 9 months of job duration. I want to reduce my weight with proper digestion. Please help me what to do? I badly suffered from other side effects due to improper digestion. I drink water enough.

I am suffering from acne since 2012 and it is not gone yet it comes in the loop and most of the time it's always there on the face. Should I eat Maggi (oil fried one not the soupy one) in this case and what about tea? Name some of the things that I should not be eating to take care of acne and in addition I also drink 2.5 litres of water everyday.

My hair is getting thinner day by day. It is occurring all over the scalp. My hair gets oily if I skip shower for just one day. I even have dandruff. Whenever I move my fingers through my hair there is a little pain in my scalp, it has become very sensitive. I don't want to take any artificial measures. But pls guide me with few home remedies and nutritional tips. And I forgot to include that I cannot find a single bald spot but when ever I go under bright light or sun I can see my whole scalp. The hairs are getting thin even at the sides And back. Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons.There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.sometimes even transplant vil b required but not at this stage.
