9 Tips to Look After Your Teeth

Brush at least twice a day. The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.
 

  1. Use fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps to harden tooth enamel and reduces your risk of decay.
  2. Brush thoroughly. Tooth brushing should take between two and three minutes.
  3. Floss your teeth daily. Use a slow and gentle sawing motion.
  4. Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices. Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, teeth may be 'eaten' right down to the gum.
  5. Limit sugary foods. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars into acids.
  6. Protect your teeth from injury. Wear a mouthguard or full-face helmet when playing sports.
  7. Try to save a knocked out tooth. If possible, hold the tooth back in place while you seek immediate dental advice. If this is not possible, wrap the tooth in plastic or place it in milk and seek dental advice immediately.
  8. Avoid using your teeth for anything other than chewing food. If you use them to crack nuts, remove bottle tops or rip open packaging, you risk chipping or even breaking your teeth.
  9. See your dentist for regular check-ups. You should also visit your dentist if you have a dental problem such as a toothache or bleeding gums.

Eat= veggies: green leafy vegetables in particular impact how our skin behaves. It encourages healthy hair, skin, and nail growth, so shoot for stuff like broccoli, kale, and lettuce (not iceberg) to add to your diet. Fish oils: fish oil can make a difference in the overall make-up of your skin. Taking fish oil supplements will not cure your dandruff, but it can help lessen its severity and/or prevent it. Lean proteins: to minimize dandruff, try eating more lean proteins. They help to build hair and skin and keep it coming in healthy. Aim for fish and non-meat proteins, such as eggs, nuts, and beans. Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give you best result. Apply b &t antidandruff oil every night.

Hi lybrate-user I understand what you are going through. 1. There is no perfect penis size. Any size would do and make you have a satisfactory sexual life. 2. I feel you have body shaming. You are ashamed of being obese and that's why you avoid being intimate with anyone. You can go for liposuction altho exercise would be very healthy not only to reduce weight but for overall mental and emotional weelbeing too. Consult with me for therapy. All the best.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

Alzheimer's disease occurs in old age due to cerebral atrophy. It causes dementia (forgetful ness, failure to recognize objects, disorientation. To improve your memory follow the advice given below 1. Take balanced diet with proper combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Avoid diet high in saturated fats like red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream etc which hampers memory and concentration. Take complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat meal, high fiber cereals, lentils, whole beans etc. Avoid processed foods like pasta, potato etc 2. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink green tea since they contain anti oxidants which enhance memory 3. Go for regular physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, cycling etc for 30-45 minutes daily 4. Take some mental exercise like doing cross word puzzle, problem solving exercise, playing chess etc 5. Develop some new hobby and skill like learning music, dancing, playing new game etc 6.
