Hi I am shekhar my problem short time sex please advise long time. My wife not satisfy please help.

Hi I am shekhar my problem short time sex please advise long time.
My wife not satisfy please help.
Sexual stamina involves lasting long during sexual intercourse and maintaining an erection for as long as possible. However, many men can get and maintain an erection yet they leave their women feeling very dissatisfied in bed. Sexual stamina is not limited to the performance of your penis. Deep, transformational sex is a whole body experience and therefore requires your whole body to be fit and ready. Don’t neglect your diet. Loading up your body with stimulants and depressants on a daily basis (in the form of caffeine, sugar, alcohol, or cigarettes) has far-reaching negative effects on your health and libido. Cut back on the coffee. Treatment - homoepathic treatment is recommended for men whose sexual performance is chronically low or those who are suffering from sexual dysfunction.

HOW TO INCLUDE SWEETS IN DIABETIC FRIENDLY DIET:

Hold the bread (or rice or pasta) if you want dessert. Eating sweets at a meal adds extra carbohydrates. Because of this it is best to cut back on the other carb-containing foods at the same meal.
Add some healthy fat to your dessert. It may seem counterintuitive to pass over the low-fat or fat-free desserts in favor of their higher-fat counterparts. But fat slows down the digestive process, meaning blood sugar levels don’t spike as quickly. That doesn’t mean, however, that you should reach for the donuts. Think healthy fats, such as peanut butter, ricotta cheese, yogurt, or some nuts.
Eat sweets with a meal, rather than as a stand-alone snack. When eaten on their own, sweets and desserts cause your blood sugar to spike. But if you eat them along with other healthy foods as part of your meal, your blood sugar won’t rise as rapidly.
When you eat dessert, truly savor each bite. How many times have you mindlessly eaten your way through a bag of cookies or a huge piece of cake. Can you really say that you enjoyed each bite? Make your indulgence count by eating slowly and paying attention to the flavors and textures. You’ll enjoy it more, plus you’re less likely to overeat.

TRICS FOR CUTTING DOWN ON SUGAR:

Reduce how much soft drinks, soda and juice you drink. A recent study found that for each 12 oz. serving of a sugar-sweetened beverage you drink a day, your risk for diabetes increases by about 15 percent. If you miss your carbonation kick, try sparkling water with a twist of lemon or lime or a splash of fruit juice. Reduce the amount of creamers and sweeteners you add to tea and coffee drinks.
Sweeten foods yourself. Buy unsweetened iced tea, plain yogurt, or unflavored oatmeal, for example, and add sweetener (or fruit) yourself. You’re likely to add far less sugar than the manufacturer would have.
Reduce the amount of sugar in recipes by ¼ to ⅓. If a recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar, for example, use ⅔ or ¾ cup instead. You can also boost sweetness with cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla extract.
Find healthy ways to satisfy your sweet tooth. Instead of ice cream, blend up frozen bananas for a creamy, frozen treat. Or enjoy a small chunk of dark chocolate, rather than your usual milk chocolate bar.
Start with half of the dessert you normally eat, and replace the other half with fruit.

I got fungal infection in all parts of the body. As for example red rashes itching, etc.
Then what should I do.
Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

I have sleeping problems, I do not feel happy, I get weird thoughts that make me think I am going crazy. They are not anything out of the ordinary- Its just that I overthink normal things that I otherwise would not focus on, I can not put things in the right context. As a result I get extremely scared thinking I am crazy. Somehow I have this conviction that I am going crazy. Do not have any voices or hallucinations or paranoia. Whats wrong with me?

First thing that should be done in this problem is to improve sleep hygiene. - Fix your time to go to sleep. - Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee in evening - Light exercise will also help in getting good sleep - Use your bed for sleeping only and don't watch TV, read books on bed - Avoid day time naps - If you fail to sleep within 10 minutes of going to bed, get up and start to distract yourself. - Bath with warm water in evening will help. Try to improve sleep hygiene and if condition don't improve consult a psychiatrist or sleep specialist. Medicines like Benzodiazepines like Clonazepam, Alprazolam etc help in getting good sleep. Z-drugs like zolpidem or zopiclone also help in getting good sleep. These drugs have abuse potential so should be taken for short time only and under proper prescription. Thanks, hope this helps you.

I am 30 year old male. I am suffering from recurring abscess on my buttocks. First time it started on first week of february when physician treated me with antibiotics after doing usg test. Wound healed in 1 week. Again in second week of may, another abscess came near to same area. Doctor asked me get admitted immediately and referred me to surgeon. They did surgery next day and cut a lump of 3cm*2cm*1.5cm through excisional biopsy. Histopathology report that came after 5 days shows" infected epidermal inclusion cyst. It takes 20 days to get that wound healed. They have given antibiotic" linezolid 600 mg" for 7 days twice daily. Wound heeled but again new abscess started on other butt. I met physician again who took some tests. Sugar tests came in normal range. But crp test shows 1.7mg/dl against <0.5 normal range. Some blood test also deviates such as wbc 12000, platelets dropped to 1.18 in place 1.48 on day of surgery. Esr rate was 17 & eosinophils showing 35, mcv 80.7. Others things in complete hamogram was nomal. Physician has given cap augmentin 625 thrice daily, and rifampicin 600 and bactiv once daily for 10 days. I have also history of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2005 where I complete full dosage of 9 months and no symptom after that. Kindly tell if I need to do anything else and these medicine is solving the root cause problem and not such subsidizing wound? thx in advance.

MD PULMONARY, DTCD
Pulmonologist, Faridabad
Avoid long hour sitting, spicy food, hot drinks, hard drinks. Get your biopsy and pus culture again and take antibiotic for a long period. In my opinion single refampicin should not be taken as its a most potent anti tb drug and cause drug resistace even after short duration use.

Want to know why my palms and foot sweats a lot? Few suggests that it's due to vit deficiency and are suggesting to have injection once in every 6 months?

Diploma in Hospital Administration, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Hyperhidrosis is defined as sweating beyond the physiological need of the body. The condition causes great emotional distress and occupational disability for the patient, regardless of the form. Sweating is a way by which the body regulates its temperature. Sweat is produced by sweat glands located in the skin in various parts of the body. These sweat glands have their highest concentrations in the palms of the hands. The activity of sweat glands is under the control of the sympathetic nervous system and is involuntary. Over activity of the sympathetic nervous system can cause excessive sweating. Sweating is a way by which the body regulates its temperature. There is no medical cure for this condition. Although, numerous medications are available in the market, they at best help only the mildest forms of the disease. Removal of controlling nerves (ganglion) in the neck can cure Palmer Hyperhidrosis immediately. It had not gained much popularity till recently because of the need for Thoracotomy to be able to do removal of ganglion (cervical sympathectomy).

I have more than than 10 corns under my feet. I am unable to put my foot on ground. Please prescribe some measures to be taken.

PGDHHM, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
I would suggest you to- apply corn caps locally. Soak your hands or feet. Soaking your hands or feet in warm, soapy water softens corns and calluses. This can make it easier to remove the thickened skin. During or after bathing, rub a corn with a pumice stone to remove a layer of toughened skin. Keep your hands and feet moisturised properly. Wear well fitted and comfortable shoes.
