Why do my lower body increases when my thyroid raise I have done thyroid and I lost, 34 kgs it happens with me after loosing weight I am very much depressed as my lower body increases and my thyroid raises every 3 months even on regular dose of tablet I take 75 mg and do regular exercise also my tsh is always 7.5 or something around that I am taking thyrox 75 mg.

Lybrate-user, if hypothyroidism is not well controlled then weight reduction is difficult. To achieve very good control tsh levels should come around 3 to 4 milli units /l. With 7.5 milli units/l weight reduction is not possible, because it shows that hypothyroidism is not in control. Once you achieve that then efforts to reduce weight will be successful. Plus you will have to take a restricted diet giving exact calories based on ideal body weight, plus regular exercise of over 1 hour a day. Thanks for the question.

Hello, Stamina is directly proportional to weight. You seem to be overweight by 20 kgs. Join a health club or do brisk walking daily. Eat mindfully and home cooked food. Stay motivated and stop yourself everyday. Weighing yourself once a month after following a disciplinary lifestyle. Meditate for at-least 10 mins everyday.

You can start with exercise with light weighted training , yoga which is help full for good shaped physique. Don't skip meals and have at-least 6-7 meals in a day. Have all kind of pluses, cereals, dairy products which help you more for weight gain good physique.

The right way to reduce weight is making a balance in your diet and exercise both. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Very easy- switch on your tv at 5 am on astha channel. You will get to hear a complete narration on stress-free, relaxed, life. You practice all that is taught daily on astha channel 5.00 to 7.30 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom and bramri and udgit. You will get miraculous results for free and without adverse effects of allopathic medicines and will gain good physical and mental health, increase in your stamina, good concentration, improved memory, etc. It is excellent to drive depression, negative thinking out of your system. Not necessary, you have to be present in front of your tv at 5 am. Begin by switching on your tv just whatever time you get up and start practicing as being taught. Gradually when you regulate your sleeping time, you will be able to get up next morning at 5 and will be able to do complete workout. Hello you can take homoeopathic medicine alfa alfa syrup twice a day. Take care of your diet. Eat healthy food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner should be on time. Take some juices go for walk and do little exercise that your body allows don't exert your self.
