hello. get relax from or during work. at night forget all stress.avoid it. bath at night before bed. take dinner on time.take salaad in dinner,fiber meal, low fatty/oily foods. green veg.,take low diet at dinner. massage you head and body. it reduced stress of whole day. take 1 glass of water before bed. you can watch T.V. PROGRAMME. THESE acitvity may be reduced stress and you can sleep proper way.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

Unless and until u cause harm to others or yourself there is no problem but as per rto rules riding a bike in high speed is not advisable.

You must take boiled egg and sprouts for protein. Dry fruit you can take 8 to 10 pcs. Daily early morning. Do massage with seasame oil one inch above and one inch below the knee daily at night for some days.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Usually during lactation period, menses are irregular. But as you are feeding your baby only once, you must get regular periods. You go to gynaec and have intrauterine contraceptive device.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume brown rice but if you do not like the taste then white boiled rice will also do the trick.

General diet tips right nutritional behavior and dietary choices are needed to achieve dietary goals. The following 15 dietary guidelines provide a broad framework for appropriate action: 1. Eat variety of foods to ensure a balanced diet. 2. Ensure provision of extra food and healthcare to pregnant and lactating women. 3. Promote exclusive breastfeeding for six months and encourage breastfeeding till two years or as long as one can. 4. Feed home based semi solid foods to the infant after six months. 5. Ensure adequate and appropriate diets for children and adolescents, both in health and sickness. 6. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. 7. Ensure moderate use of edible oils and animal foods and very less use of ghee/ butter/ vanaspati. 8. Avoid overeating to prevent overweight and obesity. 9. Any itching due to fungal cause will be cleared by Ring guard and Candid powder. Now that the itching is persisting it might be due to your skin in the thigh region having turned allergic. It could be contact allergy to 1. Cloth. So try to avoid all tight undergarments. Use new cotton underwear loose fitting and wear it only when you go outdoors. 2. Wash the area with warm salted water often. 3. Use once daily anti allergic tablet (called antihistamines as a group) at bed time after consulting your local family doctor. Take it for 20 days. Calamine lotion is also good to be applied at bed time.
