Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

You have to practise mind control and these thoughts are very usual in your age. Hello, You are not pregnant. The delay has to be investigated, however you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones to resume your menses.

Nothing to worry,it is hymen that prevents sexual intercourse.Hymen is a thin jelly like membrane that surrounds the opening to the vagina. Hymens can come in different shapes. Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) the best remedy is sitting in" prithivi mudra" (see image in google) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight)

2 day juice fasting will do much good. Take fresh fruit juice without sugar. Consume it as soon as it is extracted. Bitter gourd juice will help clean liver. Homeopathic mother tinctures for liver will help.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water... Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Dear Lybrate user as possible avoid Spicy and Junk food. Over Eating packaged food. Late night sleeping and wakeup late in morning. Excess use of Salt in diet should be causative factor so try to avoid as much possible.

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, Wash ur face 4 times daily with Face washes meant for acne Stop applying any creams on face Except pimples ointment Take dr. HI Lybrate USER. 1) take 1 tsf of garden cress seeds along with 200 ml of lukewarm MILK in morning instead of breakfast. 2) apply mixture of garlic juice and lemon juice with gentle massage in the root of hairs. Leave it for 45-60 minutes. And after that wash hairs with lukewarm water only. Do this three times in a week. 3) take 30 black currant and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals… 4) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. Do this for 30 days. It gives you good result. THANKS.

Figs are mainly made of polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Also, figs contain a good amount of carbohydrates that will help you gain weight. Soak five to six dried figs in water overnight. The next day, eat them in two parts during the day. Do this daily for about a month. Alternatively, soak two dried figs overnight in milk and eat it before breakfast. Follow this routine for two months.

Hi. You are a little underweight, but this can be resolved. 1. Get yourself tested for thyroid and sugar. 2. Take deworming tablets now and after every 6 months. 3. Exercise is good for everybody so continue that. 4. Eat paneer, ghee, cheese, lassi regularly. 5. Take bread with lot of butter or peanut butter. 6. Eat 2 fruits daily and a glass of banana shake. 7. Have 20 almonds and 20 cashews daily. 8. Have two liters of water daily. 9. Eat small meals / snacks after every 2 hours. 10 eat 5 khajoors and 10 kishmish daily. Follow this for a month definitely you will see a positive change and then let me know progress through private consultation.

your problem can be treated easily by homeopathy. generally fairness creams in the market may cause side effects. There are very good fairness creams for sun burns, hyper pigmentation etc.. in homeopathy which not only increase glow but also make skin very healthy without side effects. For dark circles apply Biluma cream/Kojivit gel/Kojic cream once daily for two weeks. Then apply Cernor kit everyday for one month. Check blood test for Haemoglobin. Avoid stress.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Qilib men topical lotion 6-8 sprays once daily. Use 8x shampoo for application 3 times in week. Stop oil application over scalp. Increase protein in diet. Green leafy vegetables. Test- hemoglobin, thyroid function test.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
