Is it dangerous if I am spotting blood in the first trimester of pregnancy? Please advise.
sometimes implantation bleeding occurs.which could be normal but you should not take chance as most of the miscarriages have similar symptoms. Visit your doctor; she may like to put you on medicinal support to take care of pregnancy.

Gastric problems in last trimester of pregnancy are mainly due to reflux and increased abdominal pressure following tips may be helpful. Avoid eating full meals eat small meals at frequent intervals. Change your sleeping posture sleep in semi reclined postion with head high. Avoid consuming too many liquids. Prefer semiisolid food instead. You can take homeopathy medicine nat phos 6x 3 pills 3 times a day for a month. Trust me its absolutely safe.

Condoms have more failure rate. Also you will have to stay dependent on your partner's decision. If you want a method which you yourself can handle, and with much more efficacy then try oral pills, the specific one that suit you.

Yes, you can still enjoy a mug of coffee every now and then during your pregnancy. Just make sure that you don't have limited caffeine in a day. That's two mugs of instant coffee or one mug of brewed coffee at the max. If you regularly have more caffeine a day while you're pregnant, you'll have a higher risk of miscarriage or having a baby with a low birth weight. Babies born with a low birth weight are at increased risk of health problems when they get older.
