Do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly best wishes.

I want 2 know hw 2 keep my anger n depression in control as I can't change my present circumstances. My husband served me a notice of divorce after 12 years of marriage when I was staying with him. I ws forced 2 leave d house wth my son n since then I am living in a rented accommodation. I become angry n get headache which lasts for a. Couple of days, insomnia when I see him in court as we r litigating. I am unable 2 forgive him for hw he has got rid of me n my son. He doesn't want 2 pay a penny n is harassing me n my son. I want 2 keep my cool n fight d cases with him. My problem. Is that I keep ruminating about hw he Conspired against me. Tell me how can I manage 2 keep my my cool without giving too much thought 2 his misdeeds n behaviour in court. Hi Ms. Lybrate-user, you are going through a tough time indeed. However, first and foremost you need to de-stress yourself and relax so that you can think well and act prudently on the steps next. I would advise you to remain mentally strong as you already are, believe in yourself, and have faith and hope that there always is light at the end of the tunnel, however dark the tunnel may appear to be at present. Practicing mindfulness meditation can also help you relax, de-stress and keep you focused even during these tough times. You may have a flight of disturbing thoughts initially but slowly you will get to do better and be able to control your mind/ thought pattern well. A trip to some hill station or some scenic natural place can possibly help you relax, rejuvenate, think clearly and have a fresh perspective. Simultaneously, do keep up your dietary habits, lifestyle & hobbies and try enjoying every moment of your life irrespective. Its indeed important that you stay psycho-socially active too. Should you still have issues keeping calm and focus, you can always seek help from a psychologist who can clinically evaluate and put you on anxiolytics suitably, should it require so. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size, thickness and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. To increase digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . You need to find out the reason for high levels. Usually adjusting diet and lifestyle should reduce it. But these high levels can suggest some serious disease. You need help of a lifestyle consultant and a preventalogist.

Hi, I got a small tumour on my tongue from past 4 Years. Once I had undergone operation to get rid of this but again after few months its starts growing. I have gone through some sites and I have seen some pictures which are close to my type and they are symptoms of oral cancer. Please suggest doctors.

Your tongue tumour was removed what was biopsy result. Pl. Show to oncosurgeon immediatly and follow his advise. Reoccurence of tumour is not a good sign.

Fact - after delivery, you'll decide when it's time to have sex with your partner. The same hormone that helps to release your milk for the baby (oxytocin) is also made when you have sex. When having sex, you may leak a little breast milk. This is normal.
Moreover till your baby is totally dependent on breast milk, there is minimal chance to conceive again.

Blood sugar level (pp 187 mg/100 ml) is fairly ok. However, to bring it down further you have to exercise for more than 1 hour every day, follow the dietary advise meticulously, avoid sweets, direct sugar, fruits like mango, chikkoos, grapes, bananas and aoid smoking and alcohol. If you follow the changed life style meticulously, sugar levels can be brought down further.

For this I can tell stress reducing tips . STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts.
