You have been taking the right medicines. Just make sure you take it regularly for a long period. Avoid wearing tight clothes, wear cotton clothes, use talcum powder on your groin, avoid sweating as much as possible.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a complex immune?mediated disease and is a common disorder that affects men and women equally.

Although it can begin at any age, the peak times for disease onset are young adulthood (ages 20 to 30 years) and late middle age (ages 50 to 69 years).

There are multiple clinical subtypes of psoriasis. Plaque psoriasis, the most common presentation of psoriasis, most commonly presents with sharply defined erythematous plaques with overlying silvery scales. The scalp, extensor elbows, knees, and back are common locations for plaque psoriasis lesions.

Psoriatic arthritis occurs in about 30 percent of patients with psoriasis, and precedes the skin manifestations in approximately 15 percent of patients.

A diagnosis of psoriasis can be made by history and physical examination in the vast majority of cases. Occasionally, a skin biopsy is needed to rule out other conditions.

Numerous topical and systemic therapies are available for the treatment of psoriasis. Treatment modalities are chosen on the basis of disease severity, relevant comorbidities, patient preference (including cost and convenience), efficacy and evaluation of individual patient response.

Hlo sir. My father suffering normal loose motion means stomach pain start that time going to toilet. In 2 days. Already give medicine injection but not cure. Hours hours he going to toilet. Just pain nd normal stool came. Wt is the reason.

I am suffering from acidity in my stomach fir at least six months what can I do for treatment.
Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food. Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity. Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently. Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds. Jaggery(gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly. Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity. Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night. Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief. Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Dear sir I do not have any pain in heart but my TMT report showing positive. MY BMI-22 weight-64, height 5'10' Result exercise duration-=3.53 min Max heart Rate--156 BPM Max BP--142/80 Max Work Load-5.48 METS I do not have any family history 1 Year before--TMT was ok 3 months back -ECG was ok 15 days back--Back Total cholesterol-168 HDL-52 LDL-70 triglycerides-157 I do not have any pain in chest only problem is increase heart rate-between--85-110BPM Pls suggest what I need to do.
