Obesity is a condition of excessive body fat for a given height and gender. The intake of the calories must harmonize with the output of work done physically, to burn up the calories. Else the unused calories get stored up in the body as fat. The calorie requirement differs for each individual according to the pattern of work he undertakes. Eating just what the body needs followed by regular exercise is the only solution to deal obesity. Vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots and dark green leafy vegetables are low-calorie foods that are good for your health. Therefore, include some vegetables salad and fruits in your daily diet to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water, mix well and have this mixture daily in the morning Green tea is an effective remedy for weight loss. Add 2-3 cups of green tea everyday to your daily routine to combat obesity. Exercise plays a key role in maintaining a healthy body. Lack of exercise can lead to overweight and obesity. Exercising burns up the extra fats in the body and will keep your body flexible, energetic and healthy, hence start doing some exercise daily for a fit and healthy body. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water daily to make sure that your body is getting enough water. Drinking warm water will help shed those extra flabs in your body by burning extra calories several times a day, hence it can help you lose weight.

Yes you are overweight, to control your weight you have to control on your diet. Simply drink warm lemon water early in the morning, no sugar n honey. Drink Cinnamon tea throughout the day, specially before every meal. Lots of vegetables n fruits you should eat. Cut down your food portion size. Choose low fat mayonnaise or fat free. Increase water content. Include high fibre cereals. For snacks if you can eat murmurs bhel, sprouts, chana chor. Take time to do yoga n avoid cold drinks n sugary juices. Have fresh juices n fruits.

Hi. Kids complain of stomachache when they do have gas formation, when there is urge for urination or stool, when there are worms, in case of stomach infection or any nutritional deficiency. So, try to find out the reason. Meantime, recommending you homoeopathic medicines - Cina 200/ one dose daily at night for 1 week (for worm infestation) and Alfaalfa Tonic/ thrice daily for 4 weeks (general tonic).

ECG,TMT and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY are the preliminary investigations done on our heart to rule out any possibility of any Heart problem.If both your tests are normal and you are not feeling any suffocation on slight exertion then I am sure that your heart is normal.

One, you can take medicines to keep you calm, from a psychiatrist. Two, you can visit nearest patanjali chikitsalaya to get free guidance but paid medicine with no side effects. Precautions for care of your hair *Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * When the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * Use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *Your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall.
