If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

What we have to do when our hair falls roughly. I am very troublesome problem. What I have to do?
Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

I have hairfall problem. From last 5 to 6 months. However it is in initial stage.

BHMS
Homeopath, Murshidabad
I have hairfall problem. From last 5 to 6 months. However it is in initial stage.
Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) Shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) Under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) Effects of Radio therapy or Chemotherapy. 4) Nutritional deficiencies. 5) Autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) Take 5 drops of Homeopathic SULPHUR 200, once in a week. 2) Take 5 drops of Homoeopathic SELENIUM 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) Take 4 tablets from Biochemic NATRUM MUR 6X TABLETS, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) Take Homoeopathic Mother Tincture ACID PHOS Q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via Lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.

Hi. The thick lips can only be made thin through surgery only. And if the dark colour of the lips is there since birth/ childhood, no one can change the colour of the lips, but we can try few methods to lighten the tone/ shade: Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. Or Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. Or Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day.

Kindlt take, wheat grass juice, 80 ml , empty stomach, twice a day. Take Indukantha ghrita, 20 ml, twice a day in half a glass of hot water. Drink the melted ghrita in water slowly, 1 hour after meals, after breakfast and dinner. Make sure you finish your dinner by 7:30, and take ghrita at 8:30 pm. And dont sleep till 10 pm. Never eat anything untill 2 hrs after intake of ghrita other than warm water, as warm water will digest the ghrita and will make it more effective. Stop tea, coffee, curds and curd products like kadhi etc, spicy food, brinjal. Take bitter gourd, bottle gourd, rama tori, moong daal, khichdi, daliya in your diet regularly. Take Gandhaka rasyana , 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Continue the regime for 2 months. And keep using no marks cream. Good luck.
