MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Kindly consult a physician & a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical. Strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Sir, I have a bad teeth. It hurts me a lot I feel to remove it. Wt should I do now?

Sir,
I have a bad teeth. It hurts me a lot I feel to remove it. Wt should I do now?
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Did you have a crown after the root canal was completed? Incase you haven't then it could be the post obturation restoration fragmenting out The bleeding could be because of gingival trauma you could use a chlorhexidine mouthwash for the same if it continues visit your dentist.

Brushing baking soda on your teeth twice a month can remove the stains of coffee or red wine and give you your pearly white teeth back.

These alone will never help get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night massage gums if it's localised swelling after rct it's a sign of infection may be failure of rct.
