Causes of hiccups are due to irritation of diaphragmatic nerve. Just increase your water intake .breathe in plastic bag for few min and repeat 2-3 times. Try to hold your breathe and repeat. If it persist for long and troublesome you can go to a doctor and he/she will give you injectables for the same.

Castor oil has been well known for its medicinal properties. It’s often used as a laxative, but has a wide variety of other health benefits, including many pertaining to hair and hair growth, as well as for facial oil cleansing method, stretch marks, dark spots and more. The oil has a unique chemical composition, which most likely contributes to its healing potential. It mostly consists of a triglyceride of fatty acids. It contains vitamin E, omega-6 fatty acids, minerals, and proteins, which are all important for the health of your hair and scalp. Castor oil: • helps with hair regrowth and hair loss, • makes the hair richer and darker, • prevents split ends, • treats dandruff and dry scalp, • moisturizes the hair and makes it shine, • works in an antifungal and antibacterial way and can prevent problems such as ringworm, and folliculitis. How to apply castor oil It’s best to use castor oil as a hair mask. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to regrow hair or give it more moist and shine. 1. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. 2. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. Take one Fish oil capsule daily in winters and in summers one capsule every 3-4 days.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation do for 7 days you will feel better

Hye.  Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Yes it could be taken together in hypertension or diabetes. But don't take allopathic and homeopathic pain killers or tonics together, won't work properly.

Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea,coffee,junk food,spicy food,fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.... drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Dear doctor, after taking breakfast by morning, I get very lazy and horrible sleepy upto evening 5 p.M, after words I will be more energetic. I am doing webdesigning. Breakfast timing is 11 a.M, lunch by 3 p.M, my age is 48 years. I dont have sugar and BP complaints. Further if I take breakfast any time say about 7 a.M also I will get very horrible sleep. Monocyte report is normal, range is between 1-10%. You have written a report of your differential count of blood white cells. Blood has 3 types of cells, red blood cells carry a pigment heam, responsible for redness and function is to carry oxygen to different parts of body. Individual test is called hemoglobin, 2) platelets are responsible for clotting, to stop bleeding if there is a cut 3) white blood cells are like soldiers, an army within the blood to protect us from infection, neutrophils are high in acute infections, lymphocytes are high in chronic infections and eosinophils are high when a person has some allergy. Interpretation of your blood report is near normal, with slight rise in lymphocytes. There is nothing to worry. You need no medicine.

Hi I'm the mother having query. My girl baby is 7wks old and she cries a lot at least once in a day continuously for 4-5hrs before it was in the nite now she has changed to day. She keeps changing her sleep timings too. We try al the ways to make her stop crying. we can do that oly aft 5hrs. Initially I used to feed her every 10-15mins. Now I do it half an hr once or one hr once if she is quite. When will she be normal baby n not a colic baby. Please consider this as priority and answer my question.. I feel like crying when she cries.

A 7 weeks old baby does give sleepless nights as stomach is tiny, neck is not stable and the feed should be on demand, rather than as per schedule-every hourly or so. Baby will be a bit stable at 3 months when she will be able to hold her neck and burp properly. & weeks old need not cry due to hunger only, she can be overfed, not able to burp, wet nappy, passing stools irregularly, being handled by lot too many people out of affection and getting cranky in the process. A 7 week old baby needs at least 20 hours of sleep & a good bath every day, there is need to hold the baby upright holding her neck with one hand and patting on her back after every feed so that baby is helped to expel gases in stomach by burping (some babies may take 15 minutes to do so, but it is worth to hold her upright, supported by both arms) give her a good massage every day, foam bath after an hour (i have seen some mothers not bathing baby after oil massage, imagine if you were rubbed oil all over and not washed after some time, you too will become irritable) I am sure you are giving your own milk, if not keep her feed ready as babies feel more relaxed and hungry after bath, take milk and go to sleep for few hours. Do not allow strangers to wake her up out of affection. Use cotton nappies, disposables are not for our climate. On an average 6 nappies per 12 hours, means a change after every two hours. Do not give water/ honey / ors if she is taking your feed or otherwise too.

You have a typical indian lipid profile with more triglyceride than cholesterol. Please mention your ldl and hdl level as well. You are hypertensive but non diabetic. So, I have to calculate risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease before recommrnding any medication. Meanwhile, you have to follow restriction of fats and oils. Fish oil is beneficial for you. Exercise regularly.

Hello, What's your height? The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. If the discolouration is since childhood there is nothing that can be done to whiten your eyes. Just llike few people have dark coloured skin some people have brownish tinge in the conjunctiva. There is nothing to worry about.

Dear, These are Causes of lack of sleep : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol , caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs , Due to high blood pressure . • Aging These are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress .
