Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

There are slight blood traces in my potty which is found when I go to toilet in evening time after coming from library. Is it something serious or its because of long hour sitting on a chair for more than 10 hours as I have to sit and study for my upcoming exam in may.

No this should not be happen. Avoid sitting for such a long hour for about 10 hours continuously. This may cause digestion problem . Walk in between for 10 min. Constipation and hard stool causes bleeding in stool. Piles also causes bleeding. Eat food rich in fibers, drink plenty of water and increase physical activity

Dermatologist, Mumbai
Prickly heat rash, also called miliaria, is a rash that can develop after a person sweats far more than usual and sweat glands become blocked.
Babies and children can also get prickly heat rash during hot or humid weather because their sweat glands are not fully developed.
Prickly heat can be prevented by avoiding activities that induce sweating, using air conditioning to cool the environment, wearing light breathable fabrics like cotton and in general, avoiding hot and humid weather. Frequent cool showers or cool baths with mild soap can help to prevent heat rash.
Treating with anti-itch preparations such as calamine or menthol or camphor will reduce symptoms. However, caution should be used with oil-based preparations (ointments and oily creams as opposed to water based or aqueous lotions) which may increase blockage to the sweat glands and prolong duration of illness
Prickly Heat Powder, a talc containing dried milk proteins and Triclosan (to fight infection) and cooling menthol is an effective treatment since the powder stays on the skin longer. Regular talcum powder will not reduce the rash but can alleviate burning and itching.
In cases where the rash has developed into open blisters or pustular lesions a doctor should be consulted since more aggressive, medically monitored treatment may be required.
