Can Food Allergies Be the Likely Cause of Your Infertility?

MBBS, DGO, MD, Fellowship in Gynae Oncology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Can Food Allergies Be the Likely Cause of Your Infertility?

Infertility in a woman refers to the inability to conceive after having regular unprotected sex. Cases of unexplained infertility have been on the rise recently. Though obstructed fallopian tubes and ovulation disorders are some of the common causes of infertility, reasons pertaining to dietary changes can also be responsible. Food allergies and dietary changes affect infertility to a great extent; and if you're struggling with conception or infertility, reviewing your diet can help.

Gluten is a basic food constituent that is likely to cause infertility. Gluten is a protein found in grains like wheat, rye, and barley. Among the general population, women suffering from unexplained infertility have a higher incidence of gluten intolerance. Gluten intolerance is also related to miscarriages, and if left undiagnosed can lead to malabsorption of micronutrients like iron and zinc. Following and maintaining a gluten-free diet may relieve a sufferer from the symptoms. Try and include gluten free cereals like rice, corn and gluten free oats to manage the situation.

Inflammation - Another connection of food allergies and infertility would be inflammation. Inflammation occurs when the food allergens reach the stomach. This inflammation, if heightened, can cause damage to the fallopian tubes and the ovary. The body responds to the food allergens by treating it like a foreign substance that needs to be eradicated, and when your immune system is subjected to chronic inflammation, it can lead to infertility.

Additionally, apart from food allergies, even the consumption of certain foods and beverages can be a reason behind infertility, with those being rich in caffeine being a major cause. Increased consumption of caffeine can augment the risk of infertility and delayed conception. However, avoiding caffeine and eliminating problematic foods along with a careful scrutiny of your diet can increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Hi, Take Shatavarex granules 2 tsf twice a day mixed with milk along with Leptaden tablet. Keep your mind eased out and do not have tensions and worries which bears negative effect. Put the child on your breasts every two hours once which will incresase the reflexes and help in increased prolactin harmone secretion.

How masturbation affects health and how to overcome the nasty habit?

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
How masturbation affects health and how to overcome the nasty habit?

One drop of semen is equal to about 40 drops of blood,

Masturbation is like taking a razor and slashing the wrist,
One should avoid masturbation or any illicit sex activity. Imagine how much weakness and reduction of work efficiency can masturbation cause! Sex other than for procreation and within marriage is illicit sex activity, so masturbation comes under illicit sex.

To avoid illicit sex and the nasty habit of masturbation :

1) Eating less in night,

2) Avoid non-vegetarian foods

3) Avoid intoxicants like tobacco,alcohol

4) Avoid onions and garlic which are aphrodisiacs and bind to lust and masturbation.

5) Take fruits, vegetables and drink hot cup of cow's milk every night

6) Avoid foods which are too pungent, spicy, oily, bitter because such foods cause misery and disease

7) Read nice books based on simple living high thinking and make your life successful

You should be very careful and determined to stop this nasty habit as soon as possible as it can cause many problems physically, mentally, socially etc

The truth is sometimes harsh but if taken positively, it can ultimately lead to happiness and success. The truth is in the oldest and fully dependable Vedic texts, that by illicit sex activity, one takes the risk of becoming an animal in next life.

Hope this helps to win over the nasty habit of illicit sex and masturbation.

My doubt is when it will cure or want to do any surgery for this. If lh is high means what will happen. I am expecting my pregnancy.

High lh level may be associated with miscarriage. But normalising the levels with medicines as suggested by your doctor will help in improving outcomes.

10 Reasons To Stop Using Microwave Oven

10 Reasons To Stop Using Microwave Oven

Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term - permanent- brain damage by" shorting out" electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or demagnetizing the brain tissue].

The human body cannot metabolize, break down, the unknown by-products created in microwaved food.

Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.

The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual (long term, permanent) within the human body.

Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food are reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increasing rate of colon cancer in america.
The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.

Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.

Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.

Hello, Sex stimulates forward peristalsis movement of the intestine. If you have some gastric trouble or constipation problem, sexual stimulation can result in trapped and obstructed gases in the bowel this causing cramping abdominal pain after sex. Its not an infection or any other disease. Improve your bowel habits, take fibrous diet, fix meal timings, take dry figs or raisins at night with milk. Your problems will be solved.

Safer Sex

Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)
Sexologist, Chennai
Safer Sex
Safer Sex

Safer sex at a glance:
Safer sex is anything you do to lower the chance of giving or getting STDs.
Waiting to have sex, using condoms, and getting tested regularly for STDs makes sex safer.
There’s no such thing as sex that’s 100% safe. That’s why we call it safer, not safe.

What’s safer sex?
"Safer sex" is anything we do to lower the risk of getting STDs or giving others STDs .

No kind of sex with another person is guaranteed to be 100 percent safe: Since STDs don't always have symptoms, people don't always know they have them. And pregnancy can happen even if you use birth control.

But not all kinds of sex have the same risks. Vaginal and anal sex are the most likely to spread STDs, oral sex is less likely, and things like kissing, mutual masturbation, and outercourse (AKA dry humping) are even safer. Here are ways to have safer sex:

For vaginal sex, use birth control and condoms
For anal sex, use condoms and lubricant
For oral sex, use a condom to cover the penis or a Sheer Glyde dam, cut-open condom, or plastic wrap to cover the vulva or anus
Get tested for STDs

Do I need to use a condom if I’m on birth control?

Even if you're using birth control, use condoms every time you have sex to protect yourself from STDs. Many women who take birth control (like the pill) also use condoms, because only condoms protect against STDs — the pill and other kinds of birth control do not.

The other reason to use condoms even if you're on birth control is for extra pregnancy protection, because condoms also prevent pregnancy! No birth control method is 100% effective, so adding condoms to the mix increases your protection.

Bottom line: if you decide to have vaginal sex, condoms + birth control = the best way to prevent pregnancy and STDs.

Can I get an STD from someone who’s never had sex?

It's very unlikely — but still possible — to get STDs from someone who's never had any kind of sex. Some people, for example, are born with HIV, which they can pass to other people later in life when they have sex. People can also pick up herpes through casual kissing — even from friends and family. Their herpes infections can then be passed on sexually, but this is also pretty unlikely.

The chance of this happening is small, so don't worry about it too much. On the other hand, it's another one of the many good reasons to always use condoms when you have sex.

Keep in mind that some STDs can be passed through oral sex, and some can be passed by genital skin-to-skin contact. So you need to ask people you have sex with questions like "What kinds of sex have you had? When was the last time you were tested? Do you always use protection?" But no matter what they say, using protection is always the safest bet.
