Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a dht (dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing dht levels in the body. Along with protein, vitamin a and b rich foods like mangoes, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, wholegrain cereals and peas will help prevent hair loss.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

My wife was very slim and also she has very less weight. She does not take much diet and that is why she does not gain weight. So please suggest something from which she got proper diet. She frequently have headache problem and because of that she does not sleep properly.

Hi lybrate user 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits sleep upto 10-10.30 pm. 3) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 2 tsf of shatavari kalp with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast b) take 60 ml of audumbaravleha along with 15 ml of honey and 2-2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa and madhumalini vasant rasa at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of fennel seeds along with 10 gm jiggery after meals d) eat 5-7 seeds of almonds during meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.

I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

My left leg bone is broken and had gap in it which is not filled and we can see bone easily because of wound so please lef me know the best

Presuming it was a open fracture. it requires treatment. i suppose it must have gone for non union. x rays should be posted with the condition of the wound for further comments.
