Sir I had appendicitis laparoscopic surgery 2 years back I started Gym from 3 months I getting pain in the back side and my urine color turned into yellow why like this happing.

Dear lybrate-user the pain is not related to surgery. Gym exercises can give some pain which is relieved with ice therapy. If pain persists then see a doctor. The urine color is naturally yellow. Still to clear your doubt you can get urine examination done in Lab.

I have with my knees. I feel pain during running and using stairs. I have consulted many doctors and have done some exercise for quads but there is no relief. Is there damaged cartilage. Please sir give me some advice.

Sudden severe exercises can start symptoms like these. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be oa/obesity do hot fomentation. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have pain in my neck and shoulder since today? When I wake up today, I feel a lot of pain in my neck and also unable to move my neck. What should I do?

Neck. Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Shoulder. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

I am suffering from legs pain when I am walking and doing any work I will tired plzz tell me what I do.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hello, You Can take Hello, Kindly get your X-ray cervical done (AP and Lateral) and review with reports and follow advises given below 1.Tablet Crocin pain relief (Paracetamol 650 mg+ Caffeine 50 mg) one tablet when required for headache after food for 2-3 days ( maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day ) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. get your BP checked 6. regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga and kindly give me complete history of your headache for further Management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

My left and right heel was paining a lot since 3 days. 6 years back my left heel has got crack at one side. From that day onwards whenever I am standing for long time my left foot swells. What should I do for reducing this pain.

Goodmorning what I would suggest to you is to start with a few active exercises. You could do a few pendular exercises for the shoulder. The hot water fermentation and a cold water fermentation will help a lot. Please do take a session of 10 days of physio for your shoulder. This will reduce your pain. Please do get back to me.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

My knee was a little bit injured in an accident. X-RAY was normal. Doctor said it was a minor injury and no need for any big treatment. Now after 5 days I'm fine, there's no pain but feeling loose at my knee while walking. Having problem in walking up on stairs. What may be the problem? Please answer soon.

Wait for a week more . Plz don't jump into MRI now. Give ice pack to your knee. Don strain much for 2Weeks. Most often MRI mislead you if you do now.
