Over hair loss during bathing what to do for control
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi, Seborrheic dermatitis is also called dandruff, seborrheic eczema and seborrheic psoriasis. It isn't contagious, and it's not a sign of poor personal hygiene. To some extent it is responsible for hairloss. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff): Soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Use lukewarm water for head wash. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. 1. You should keep your towel and comb clean and keep it for you seperately 2.Drink plenty of water. 3. Take a good sleep everyday 4. Consume a balanced diet 5. Daily 2 gooseberries. 6.we can go ayurvedic treatments also if you come in private consultation

Hello. Black heads come because the nose is oilier than other parts, oil catches dirt and the dirt causes black heads. To remove, it needs more effort than other parts of face and just using a face wash is enough as daily cleanliness but you need to remove blackheads when you see them. Scrub your nose with an apricot scrub, keep massaging gently for 5 minutes. (Specially on the nose sides) Use a towel and try to pull out the nose ,with a little force on the sides, holding the towel with index finger and thumb, covering the sides and tip of the nose. Wash the face. Do not apply too much force while scrubbing or while wiping.

Dark circles around eyes can occur either due to late night watching, less sleeping hours or anemia. 1. Get your haemoglobin checked. It should be above 11. 2. If you are a student and have reading glasses then you must perform relaxation exercises on your eyes after every 1 hr when you are studying. 3. You should have atleast 6 -7 hours of sound sleep everyday. Avoid late nights. 4. Relaxation exercises of eyes are very important which must be done as many times as possible. 5. You can also use almond oil, raw potato juice, cucumber juice, rose water as natural remedies. What ever you choose just dip cotton in the juice and cover the circles and the eyelids except oil which needs to be massaged. These are natural ways but very effective and need some time. So use them and be patient you will definately get the result.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert.

You can try olive oil to cure hair loss. How to use olive oil for the hair loss here is a step wise, olive oil hair loss treatment procedure, which can be easily carried out at home. Step 1 mix two tablespoons of olive oil with one tablespoon of coconut oil, in a bowl. Remember always to use extra virgin olive oil, as it is olive oil in its most natural form. Step 2 take a small amount of this mixture in your palm and with your fingertips, apply it on your scalp and hair. Step 3 massage your hair lightly. Remember not to pull the hair while massaging as it might increase the amount of hair that you are losing. Continue massaging for about fifteen minutes. Step 4 post massaging, take a shower cap and cover your head with it. Leave the oil on the hair overnight or for minimum four hours. This helps in better absorption of oil by the scalp and the hair. Step 5 in the morning, wash your hair with a mild shampoo or with a medicated shampoo. People who are suffering from hair loss should always dilute the shampoo with water and then apply it on the hair and scalp, rather than applying directly, as all shampoos contain chemicals, and these chemicals, when they come in direct contact with the scalp, can weaken the hair roots and thus, cause further hair loss.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Hi, welcome to lybrate, see basic cause of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & its root causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on infections, it takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in skin.

Allergies in general & Homeopathy:

Allergy is the term we can use for anything which reacts adversely causing various types of symptoms which are not common. The things which cause allergy are called as Allergens. Those may be in the form of Food[milk, chocolates, sea food, cold items like ice creams, citrus. Like lemonades, ghee made, few nuts, shells,Fish?etc], Season,Environment, weather,Animals/Fur,ticks n mites,Metals,Chemicals, Drugs,Dust, Pollution,Soaps, Detergents, Fragrances, Perfumes, Pollen etc?.

All these may not be causative factor for one person who is already a sufferer. It varies from person to person. The people who are allergic to certain things in any form may not be allergic to other things,& the Allergens which create any problem in one may not show any effect on the other. It all depends purely on individual sensitivity, Immunity levels. In few, Genetic, hereditary factors also plays important role.

Basically, when a person becomes allergic to certain thing, there will be production of antibodies into the body as a general defense mechanism. But then the reaction b/w the allergens & antibodies will cause increased release of Histamine product which results in causing various symptoms. Like sneezings, watery discharge from Nose,Redness of Eyes, irritation, Itching of Nose n eyes. These all called as Rhinitis. But when skin becomes the sufferer like form developing Rash,[Urticaria]Redness, small eruptions, any discoloration etc, with itching, burning, irritation like, then it comes under Dermatitis[may be contact dermatitis].

Majority of allergies start from childhood, as then their immunity levels will be comparatively less.{But it does not mean that adults wont get? it all depends on Immunity, susceptibility of the individuals, which will be resulted by their Life style, any other health problems, stress factors etc].

If care was taken in initial stages, then in majority of cases, there will be no more further progress or c/o.S
First we have to observe the causative factors from which we are getting the c/o.If it can be avoidable, better to avoid; if cant, then, its ideal to go for T/t.
As prevention is better than Cure,Keep children distant from Pets,Fur toys, maintaining good hygiene, avoiding unnecessary medication for small small c/o also, application of different creams,Giving nutritious food,[food containing Vit C, B, A] physical exercises, {for infants? breast feeding for minimum 6-9 months will rise up their immunity levels] all will help them to be free from allergies. Practising the Pranayama, [breathing exercises] will give tremendous results in relieving the rhinitis c/o.
If allergies are neglected in initial condition, then they may progress into Sinusitis, Asthma, Eczema, anaphylactic shock etc.
Frequent usage of antihistamines gradually will decrease the effect of medicine & increase the resistance power of the allergens. Moreover, by the use of antihistamine, patient will feel more drowsy, dull, irritable, even more anxious also some times. If once the action of antihistamine diminished, then there will be no other choice except taking steroids, which will show many more side effects on long run of usage.
In Homeopathy, As Cure always based on the selection of symptoms, analysis of a person, there will not be any side effects.
Drugs like Arsenic album, Nux.Vomica, Calcarea carb, Tuberculinum, Carcinosin, Phosphorus, Rhus.Tox, Bell,Apis, Bromium, Lyssin, Hepar sulph, Nitric acid, Gelsemium,Silicea,Pulsatilla.Etc will help in giving Cure from various allergies.

Note:But always the drug & potency should be under guidance of Expert only.
