Nightfall is also often referred to as wet dreams or nocturnal emissions. It is a condition, in which a man ejaculates during his sleep. During puberty, nocturnal emissions are common among young boys, as it marks the settling in of their sexual comfort, while the body undergoes hormonal changes. Hence, during that time, a few instances of emissions during the night are not a cause of worry. However, when nightfall in men starts to happen very frequently, it has chances of becoming a big problem.

Avoid lahsun, adarak and tea in summer take cap doxy 1 16 1 1 for 1 day 1 for 14 days use dermadew acne soap for bath can apply persol lotion tab ebasil 5 1 itching.

I was food poisoned in june. Was hospitalized for 5 days. Treatment given antibiotic for h pylori. Ct scan and sonography report normal. Got blood test today for vit. B12 and D3. The reports are not good. Vitamin B12 Level --- 182. Vitamin D --- 7.27. So now what course should I take for both bit. Deficiency.

1. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. 2. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. 3. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. 4. Small and frequent meals is of help 5. Chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. 6. Keep your blood sugar controlled. 7. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. 8. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. 9. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach. 10. Maintain good hygiene. 11. You should take plenty of sun in a day.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For treating diabetes pancreas transplant is considered to be a permanent cure. But the this is one of the very difficult procedures, not yet very commonly done. Secondly availability of live pancreas is the most difficult problem. It still a very experimental procedure, may take years to become a reality. There are experiments going on for stem cell generated pancreatic cells formation, but still at lab level. Thanks.

10 Ways to Deal With Hereditary Heart Diseases

While you may be worried about being affected with coronary diseases just because your forefathers suffered from it, there are various factors that are absolutely in your sole control. With a little change in lifestyle and following a well-regulated routine, you can easily keep your hereditary cardiac diseases at bay.

  1. Take a Healthy Diet Regularly: Increase the amount of green leafy vegetables and colourful fruits in your regular diet as they are rich in phytonutrients and other anti-oxidants, vitamins, fibres, minerals as well as anti-inflammatory molecules that would increase your immunity.
  2. Regulate Your Blood-Sugar Level: Studies show that blood sugar is a great contributor to cardiac diseases. So try to replace your high-carb diet with loads of fibre, protein and healthy fats to keep your blood-sugar level in control.
  3. Increase the Intake of Fibre: Try to increase the amount of fibre in your food chart by having lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and soya so that it amounts up to at least 50 grams a day. You may even include fibre supplements in your diet.
  4. Stay Away From Processed and Junk Food: We know you are crazy about fast food, but you must also include sodas, processed jams, fruit juices and soft drinks as well, which are the greatest contributors to diabetes and in turn lead to heart diseases.
  5. Increase the Intake of Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Try to include cold-water fish like sardine, salmon and herring along with flax seeds and sea weeds. This 'good' fat would keep your cholesterol level in check and lower down the amount of malicious LDL levels and transform them into harmless LDL particles.
  6. Get Rid of all Hydrogenated Food: This implies that you should abstain from having cookies, margarine, baked stuff and crackers. Don't be fooled by the label saying, "no trans-fat" and instead look for healthy coconut, olive or sesame oil.
  7. Abstain from Consuming Alcohol: Alcohol can do no good to any organ of your body. Instead, it triggers the amount of triglycerides, causes fatty liver and creates sugar imbalance in your body. By reducing alcohol consumption you can reduce inflammation, which causes various chronic diseases.
  8. Have good quality supplements: Along with having a healthy diet and workout, you must try to take in multivitamin and mineral supplements regularly to keep fit and active all around the year.
  9. Exercise Regularly: Researches report that a minimum of half an hour's exercise is required by our body regularly. After all, the heart is a muscle, and you must work out regularly to keep it healthy for a longer span.
  10. Manage your Stress Levels: Stress alone can lead to a fatal heart attack without prior signal. Take the time out to indulge in yoga, meditation, tai chi or anything that would keep your stress levels under control and help you to lead a happier, healthier life.

You are stressing yourself unnecessarily. Learn some stress management techniques and also meet with a counselor to see if there are any issues from childhood that has somehow awakened now. It sounds like the depression may be related to anger. Emotional therapy will certainly help. Would you know what may be causing so much anger and that you feel you cannot express it for various reasons and have chosen instead to turn it inwards and become your worst enemy? If it is of recent origin, you could easily pinpoint it and take care of it. But I suspect that it may have to do with something in your developmental years or your family background. In the meantime do the following, sincerely: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. If you love yourself adequately, you will never do harm to yourself. Be positive always and learn to do everything possible to invest in yourself. Life is extremely precious and because the depression, which is a mood disorder, makes you feel like giving up you must still persevere. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. Because you are young the prognosis is good, subject to your cooperation.

increase in rate is linked to excitement before masturabtion and is normal. It is unlikely to have prostate problem now and you need a full check up

I have dust allergy problem so what precautions I have to take? I heard that before cleaning we have to put oil in nose to prevent for dust is this true?

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you do not have diabetes then normal balanced diet like everyone else is fine for maintaining normal glucose and lipid levels. Precautions to be taken are: avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), fructose corn syrup containing products and highly processed food products. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Exercise regularly for over 1 hour a day. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. These measures help in maintaining lipids and blood glucose at desired level. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Hypothyroidism can be well controlled with adequate dose of levothyroxine. But hyperhydrosis can hardly be cured. It can only be controlled to some extent by various measure. So even visiting an endocrinologist may not offer much of additional relief. Thanks.

You should start doing anulom vilom and bhastrika pranayam in the morning when you get up. Eat more of fresh fruits before meals. Eat more of green vegies and drink water stored in a copper vessel overnight in morning empty stomach.
