There can be manyy reasons to weight gain. Hormone imbalance, sedentary lifestyle, overeating, low basal metabolic rate. Sedentary lifestyle can lead to lot of health issues mainly being overweight. This isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Fasting sugar is normal, pp is slightly impaired. Go on healthy diet and exercise. No need of medication at this moment.

Hello, Hypothyroidism is a disorder that interferes with the metabolism of the body hence weight loss becomes difficult compared to normal individual. Reduce your gluten intake i.e foods like wheat and wheat products including maida and food products should be reduced as it reduces iodine uptake and suppresses thyroid function in the body, also avoid taking simple sugars from candies and juices. Include more of leafy vegetables, nuts, fish if non-vegetarian, tomatoes. A diet high in fat, moderate protein and low in carbohydrate is good for hypothyroidism. Avoid junk food. Exercise if a must for weight reduction, since you have a small baby I understand it is difficult to go to gym, but you have other ways, take small walks, try and do your household chores by yourself since the baby is 3 years old you can take the baby along with you to the park and play along with him. Try to think of ways to be active and avoid excuses as far as possible and also do not forget to take your thyroid medications first thing in the morning.

The Vampire Facelift - What Should You Know?

There are many cosmetic procedures that are accessible to patients who need to surgically reposition the facial tissues that have loosened as one ages. One of them is the Vampire Facelift which uses infusions of the patient's own blood through an element known as Selphyl.

The Vampire Facelift, or Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), includes extracting spoons of a patient's blood from their arm and spinning it in a rotator to isolate the plasma - the liquid part - from the red and white platelets.

The concentrated plasma, which is rich in platelets, is then infused into the face. A few experts pump it with dermal fillers to further lift up the loosened zones, for example, under the eye. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Blood from the arm is extracted, which is then spun in a rotator to isolate the platelets.

  2. The platelets are then re-infused into the skin with a fine needle and just infused into the areas that need be lifted or rejuvenated.

  3. These infusions include a little fat as well, to make a smooth, rounder and plumper appearance.

  4. During the Vampire facelift procedure, Hyaluronic corrosive (HA) fillers are utilised which help in lifting the skin from the bone to give your skin a decent shape with a younger look.

  5. Again this HA filler would pursue the wrinkle that is connected with your face and make an alternate shape of the face which might look different from the original one.

Some of the advantages of this facelift are:

  1. Change in skin surface and tone.

  2. Reclamation of facial shape.

  3. Growing new and younger tissues.

  4. Superior option to neurotoxin (Botox) and different infusions.

  5. Infusion of the blood causes no bruising, as it is a thin, watery liquid.

  6. No allergy testing is required as the substance is the individual's blood.

However, there are certain disadvantages as well. These are as follows:

  • Most plastic surgeons do not believe in the efficacy of this procedure.

  • Uncertainty whether Selphyl has been FDA approved for facial revival.

  • There will be some redness in the rejuvenated area.

  • The Vampire Facelift takes a few weeks to bring about results.

  • The disadvantage with HA fillers is the way it will make your eyes hurt.

The infusions are not just used to smoothen the wrinkles on the face. It can likewise be utilised on different parts and areas of the body with diminished volume or wrinkles. The technology that is behind the Vampire Facelift is not new. Doctors have been utilising one's own plasma to help other procedures like bone mending after spinal wounds and to recover delicate tissues after plastic surgery for a long time. To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. My husband is diabetic from past 6-7 years. He was on medicine always. But from last few months his sugar level was beyond control. Fasting 229 and after meal it cross 300 sometimes. Also he was overweight. 80 kg. I thought its the reason of his rise in sugar level. Though he go to gym everyday but still sugar level not comes to normal. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. First and foremost is to bring his blood glucose levels under strict control. Only diet is unlikely to help. It is necessary to give a closer look at his current drug treatment. Ideally when in good control FBG should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Plus to suggest a detailed diet I need to know present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight and height, plus current list of drugs with dosage. B-protein by british pharmaceutical is one of the best. Also you can take whey protein. I will advise you not to go for this type of things. Have a healthy diet. Take high protein diet. Lots of green veggies. Fresh fruits. Walnuts,almonds, dates,cashew soaked chic peas and pea nuts.

1. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
