Not necessary. She should keep applying an anti septic ointment to avoid infection. The skin will cone back to normal, but it can take a long time.

Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal. Increase portion sizes, but if you have a light appetite, add calories to the food you do eat. Sprinkle nuts over your morning cereal; toss avocado in salads and spread into sandwiches; stir pasta with olive oil before adding sauce; and choose starchy, rather than leafy, vegetables, as side dishes. An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea.

Dear, apply these methods to get rid of lots of body hairs: * give to heavy massage to all the parts with lots of hairs. Massage loose down the hair roots and hairs fall progressively fast. *make a paste by adding 1 table spoon of gram wheat (besan) and 1 table spoon of turmeric powder in luke warm water. Rub the paste on the areas where the hair growth are high to ged rid of hairs. * take a bath with hot water added with 10-15 leaves of neem regularly.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Dear lybrate user, shin splint can be taken care with the application of sports (kinesio) taping/ rigid tape application, consult a sports physio for the same. Ice application at the affected area will help reducing pain (2-3/day). About bow legs- consult a orthotist to provide you lateral wedges, leg exercises to strengthen muscles is must. See a local physio for the same. Tc.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Diet Tips: You may not eat or drink the following : Alcoholic Drinks. Butter, Margarine. Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies. Candy, Chocolates, Nuts. Creams, Cheese. French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips. Pizza, Snack Foods. Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened). Gravies and Sauces. Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup. Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets. Muffins, Waffles. Soda (Sugar-Sweetened). Cut down on salt and sugar. Eat from a small plate. Do not skip meals ? else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal. Do not eat while you are out of home Do not be tempted by prohibited foods. Keep tempting foods out of sight. Do not eat while reading, watching TV, Video or games, etc. Control your urge to eat excessive. Eat little at dinner. Eat in the same place invariably. Chew your food , never gulp it. Weigh yourself quite often. When you are angry, drink water. Walk and exercise daily in the morning.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do not drink water immediately after meals.
