As per your symptom you may have spndndolytis. It will b confirmed by xray spine. 1st if you work conntinuous 3-4 hrs on laptop than avoid it take a break after an hour do neck exercise regularly. Take role of thin sheet under d neck instead of pillow. N your posture should b rt.

I am 40 years old male. I have lower back pain from the last 15 years It developed gradually. I have done many treatments like physiotherapy, allopathy medicines etc it doesn't worked. I feel a lot of pain in my back especially after sex and in the morning time. I have not done any scan like MRI etc. I have got only basic treatment from doctors but the pain is still there. kindly take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk ,1 hr after meals twice a day. Take maharajah prasani oil capsules, 2 caps twice a day after meals with half a glass of warm water. Take panchamruta loha guggal tabs, 1 tab, three times a day, after meals with half a glass of warm water. Avoid cold water, curd, excess tea and other cold eatables in your routine. Avoid standing for long hrs and soft mattress for sleeping. Do gentle massage with maha narayana oil over the back up to both legs. Continue the regime for 45 days. Consult some good ayurveda doctor for panchakarma treatment. Good luck

Life doesn't end here as it was in bygone days with king bruce and the spider. Efforts should not end. Meditation and pranayam will sharpen your concentration of mind. Brain toners in ayurveda will increase your'smriti. Pl consult.

Dear lybrate-user back pain is very vague term and we need more information to understand you. Simple solution is to keep fit with aerobic exercise and so yogasan and pranayam and later on weight training. Avoid anything which gives more pain like bending forward or lifting weights.

I am 44 year old male. Couple of months before I got injury to index finger of the right hand by accident. The finger got swollen and I am unable to bend beyond a certain limit. I visited doctor and he asked to take x-ray. It seems no fracture. The doctor asked me to do some simple exercise to solve the issue as this is a small issue. But after 2.5 months exercise, I am still having the swellings and the index finger is bend also. Unable to move the finger freely. Please suggest for me.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. After ejaculation weakness is common, its normal. Go to gym & do exercises regularly take proper balanced diet. If problems exists, then psychiatrist opinion.

Hi. First give rest to your elbow for few days as repeated use will increase your inflammation. Do ice massage 2 to 3 times daily for 8 to 10 mins. Use tennis elbow band or support. Visit physiotherapy center for Ultrasonic treatment. TC.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250 mg od & sos x 5 days. Caldikind plus 1 tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

I twisted my knee twice while playing football. Ten days later I fell off from my scooter and hurt the knee. It got sandwiched between the road and the scooter. X-rays revealed no fractures. It's been about 2 months now. How should I deal with this knee problem? There is still some pain left of the scooter accident.

Hello, take Sangunaria 200 ch ,5 drops once daily in the morning and Rhus tox 200 ch , 5 drops, once daily at night . Five phos 6x , 5 tabs twice daily. Revert me after 15 days.
