If your hair loss is due to hormonal dysfunction, foods rich in vitamins can help set that right. Vitamin A-rich foods such as mangoes, carrots and other yellow-colored foods can be a rich source of this important vitamin. However, too much intake of vitamin A can cause hair loss too, so be careful to not overdo it. Chickpeas are also said to work miracles in reducing hair loss, since they contain zinc and vitamins A and B6. Soybeans also contain valuable minerals that can aid in growing healthy hair.

At teenage, pimples are natural. They will go with the age. -use oil control face wash. -do not moisturise the face. -apply anti acne cream on the acne before sleeping. -do not touch/scratch or prick the pimple to avoid acne scars. -keep the face clean and cover it in dust/sun.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

My query is regarding premature hair whitening. Along with receding hairline. Wat can be done about that ?

Diploma in homeopathy, B. Sc

You'll need to take drastic measures if you want to retain your hair. First, cut it very short, really short; then use a hard brush to vigorously massage your scalp three to four times a day to increase circulation and activate your follicles. Do this regularly for three weeks. Contact for medicines to help. Dr. J tikari

Measures To Reduce Hair Loss Diet rich in vitamins, minerals esp fruits & green leafy vegetables should be included in maximum regular exercise, yoga, avoid hair dyes, avoid washing hair frequently, avoid vigorous scalp massage/brushing. Homoeopathic Aspect of hairfall- Homoeopathy has a lot to offer in hairfall but it requires some time. Following medicines are useful in treating hairfall - Lycopodium, Graphites, Thuja, Phosphoric–acid, Selenium, Mancinella, Fluoric–acid, Can notharis, Phosphorus, China, Sepia. Caution– avoid self medication as detailed history is required in each & every case. Thus Homoeopathy alongwith proper diet & regimen, regular exercises would prove to be a great ray of hope for the patients of alopecia or hair–fall. Causes of premature graying hair includes-" a hormonal imbalance, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age" *first of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating, that is reflecting on our body, so we should take foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Should You Condition Your Hair Before or After Shampooing?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy
Dermatologist, Jaipur
Should You Condition Your Hair Before or After Shampooing?

Conditioning Before Shampoo vs Post Shampoo - What's Ideal?

Conditioners and shampoos, you need both for an appropriate hair care regimen. Just like most other people, you might have the confusion about conditioner use - whether to use it before you shampoo your hair or when you're done with shampooing.

Read on to find out what you should be doing.

1. Hair Type: A factor that determines your use of a conditioner before you shampoo or after it depends on your hair type. For individuals who have dry or thick hair, using a conditioner after you shampoo is the most apt, especially during the winter months when complaints of flyaway hairs are very common. Conditioning before you apply shampoo to your hair is ideal if you've fine hair as it provides your hair with much needed nourishment. Additionally, it allows the shampoo to distribute evenly all over your hair.

2. Greasy Hair: Applying a conditioner before you shampoo your hair is most apt for individuals whose hair is prone to oiliness. This is because it helps you in thoroughly washing away the grease that gets build up in your hair when it's time to shampoo. The regimen of shampoo and conditioning afterwards doesn't ensure a proper elimination of the problem.

3. The Problem of Residues: If you condition your hair before shampooing, you can rest assure that no residues get left behind on the scalp. This is not the case when you condition your hair afterwards. Many a time, if you don't rinse properly residues of the conditioner used get left behind, thereby weighing down your hair.

Unless your hair is of normal texture, conditioning before shampooing can prove to be beneficial for your hair.

Hi there is no scientific evidence to support it. It is true that high levels of androgens (male sex hormones) can be related to severe cases of acne but hormone levels are not affected by masturbation and sex.

My hair is falling down what should I do 2 recover soon please answer me doctor.

Vaidya Visharad
Ayurveda, Narnaul
If you are experiencing major hair fall, it indicates deficiency of key nutrients in your body. To take care of that, along with a good and balanced diet, take multivitamins and multiminerals to replenish the nutrient deficiency in your body fast and prevent hair loss. You can buy them from any "health food" store. Just ask for the best multivitamin-multimineral tablet available that gets easily absorbed into the adult body. The idea is to ensure proper nutrient supply into your body to resume its proper functioning and stop hair loss.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Pimples is one of the most common dermatologic conditions, affecting millions of individuals in the United States. It's characterized by whiteheads, blackheads and blemishes. In general, acne typically develops in teenagers; however, many adults have some degree of pimples as well. The exact cause of acne is unknown. Hormonal changes during the teenage years, as well as during pregnancy, may be contributing factors. In general, there are two types of pimples: • Noninflammatory acne, characterized by the presence of whiteheads and blackheads. • Inflammatory pimples , characterized by the presence of pimples, which may rupture to form inflammatory lesions that are raised, reddened areas on the skin called "papules. In the majority of cases, individuals exhibit both types of acne. Pimples typically occurs in the facial area, chest and back, where the sebaceous glands are the most prominent. Acne can also occur on other areas of the body as well, such as on the neck and upper arms. There are a variety of factors that may contribute to or worsen pimples . These factors can be classified as environmental, physical or emotional. Examples of these factors include: • Oil-based cosmetic use. • Stress and anxiety. • Humidity or exposure to dirt. • Premenstrual changes or hormonal changes. • Physical irritation from occlusive clothing, headbands, hats, helmets, etc. • There are various preventative measures that may prevent or reduce acne pimples. Examples include: • To prevent the incidence of scarring, never squeeze or pick acne lesions. • Establish a daily skin-care regimen, which includes cleansing the skin with a soft wash cloth, warm water and an appropriate facial soap at least twice a day. • Use only oil-free skin and hair care products. • Avoid scrubbing the skin when cleansing. • Women should use makeup that is oil-free or labeled "non-comedogenic. • Always cleanse skin after sweating. • Wear daily sun protection, since some acne medications may increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. You should consult doctor for face wash by sharing about your skin type.
