Hello, Take Arnica 200, 5 drops in the morning daily. Ledum pal 30, 5 drops at daily night. Apply topi Arnica on the injured part of the leg. Revert after 10 days.

This happens to everyone. It is due to the build up of lactic acid. If you don't go to gym for 2-3 days, during that time too, you must do basic stretching exercises at home. Also take ample fluids and rest.

I m 22 year old girl and I have back ache from back to right hand and in both legs also due to leg pain some time im not able to walk. Weak eyesight has multiple factors associated with it. To enumerate a few: (1) refractive error- change of the power of glasses is the commonest cause of weak eyesight. In fact, if you have not used glasses previously, it might be possible that you might need to use them now. (2) age related changes in the lens of the eye-this is generally known as cataract. This is present in varying proportions in a majority of population above 55 years. This means that some degree of cataract is usually found in the age group over 55 years. (3) retina problem-different degenerations of the retina usually lead to weakening of the eyesight. The degeneration may be caused due to progressive age. It may also occur due to a high minus number of the eye (myopia). (4) cornea related problem- cornea is the anterior (front) part of the eye. Certain issues with the cornea may cause weakening of the eyesight. Thus, it would be a good idea to consult an eye specialist in person and get your eyes evaluated for the cause of weakening eyesight.

Hi Doctor. Earlier my skin was in uppermedium complexion but now I switch over my staying at erode. And my complexion has turned to black like dark Wheaties brown and my skin turned something like to be prickly heats burn when I got too much of sweat. I am using the soap is lux in ocean green color creamy white soap. Really I am in frustration mode because of my changed complexion. I have to change my complexion and have to get the fair skin how can I change my skin. What soap actually I have to use. please suggest some treatments and ways to get rid of my skin problems. Really I wanna a perfect skin and my age is about 21 only. And my hand sleeves are totally in black color. Please It is due to atmospheric changes If possible change your place of stay No soap or cream can change your complexion completely Please avoid exposure to sunlight, wear cotton clothes covering whole body Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery for 30 minutes daily Take vegetables juices and soups more Have carrots and beet root daily Use Patanjali soaps containing aloe Vera Use body lotion containing spf, Patanjali spf lotion is better Take Tab perfactil 15 1 Re Consult me on Lybrate after 15 days.

Reduce weight but before do back treatment tk heat fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise of spine. Avoid long sitting toward bending. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Reduction of your weight will certainly help you in reduction of pain. Avoid junk food, sweets, aerated drinks, maida based dishes. Eat more of fresh salads (munch slowly) fruits and reduce in take of rice. This could be the result of muscle soreness by performing the exercise. Try applying ice on the area for 10-15 min, this will help to improve the blood flow and also relax the spasm.

Hi If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Body pain can be due to weakness or exertion. Take healthy diet containing all green leafy veges and fresh fruits. Include salad also. Drink plenty of water. Take all dairy products. Its good for bones. Eat nuts daily. Its rich in fiber and omega 3 and gives you lots of energy. Avoid stress and anger. Start light walk or yoga. It will help you and makes you fresh. All these will help you.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
