Fever from yesterday means about 24 hours. Have patience and faith in your physician. The medicines you informed are right and the results take a little time to show. Do not panic and keep in touch of your doctor if symptoms aggravate or something new creeps in.

Dear, do not panic gall stones r common in fair, fatty, female s 90 % common and fatty leaver is not a big issue, do regular exersize like walking, skippin, sit ups, and take fiber diet like oats and fruits, do not skip meals. Do regular exersize. All the best.

Hello, do yoga and pranayam will increase your stamina. Along with that avoid fast food and fried food. Take green leafy vegetables in your diet along with that used salad in your diet. If required then alfalfa malt of sbl company can help in half glass luke warm milk twice a day if required any suggestions can consult further.

Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

My head is paining from last three days. Doc says I have problem ogmf migraine. He told me to take combo flame tablet. Will it work. Or should I consult another doctor.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. *hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. To start with take homoeopathic medicine acid phos 30 twice daily and give feedback after 10 days. For further help, consult privately (prime-rs. 199/) precautions for care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling and cooling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair.

For your right hand vibration problem- get your bodys vital parameters checked and also do few blood test - cbc fbs ppbs lipid profile uricacid urine and also xray cervical vertebrae and revert back with report.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, Please inform.

I would advise that you meet up your OB/ GYN in person without further delay. As a part of the checkup, he/ she may require to do an USG of breasts/ abdomen or any other diagnostics as would deem appropriate here. For scaling and bleaching you should go twice in a year.Bleaching will hepl you in this regard.Take care of your oral hygiene. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Avoid alcohol tobacco products and smoking if you take these.
