Green tea is the over hyped commercial product to cleanse the system. Green tea will not resolve your stool problem, eating a diet rich in fiber will. Banana is a natural food, good for skin, hair & food pipe, does cure chronic constipation minus medicines sold over the counter.

Knee 2 quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Seasonal only hair fall is usually due to less nutrition or dandruff in winters. Hair fall can be reduced or brought under control by improving your diet. Try taking balanced and on time meals. Include sprouts, fruits, leafy vegetable and some dryfruits regularly in your diet. Wash with mild shampoo to avoid damage to already weak hair shaft. If hair fall persists after these measures consult a qualified dermatologist. Eye pain is not something to be neglected. Please consult an ophthalmologist for that.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. *Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. *Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair. Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal number in some water and apply on the scalp regularly. Place raw mango pulp in some oil for a year. Massage this oil on the scalp frequently. Apply a paste of hot olive oil, honey, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder before bath and keep for 15 minutes. Apply a mixture of Aloe Vera with herbal powder triphala to the hair for a period of three to six months. It will result in growth of new hair.

Is walking for 30-45 min daily can help in weight loss. Is it advisable to walk for more than 2 hours daily. Will it effect my lower back as I have low back problem. Thanks.

Do regular exercise and streching. For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing surya namskar in morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. Causes of oily skin – hereditary, diet, Hormone levels, Pregnancy, Birth control pills, Cosmetics you use, Humidity and hot weather . Because of the hormonal shifts of adolescence, oily skin is common in teenagers, but it can occur at any age. In general, skin tends to become dryer with age. The flow of sebum or oil increases during adolescence and starts decreasing with age. During pregnancy and menopause, hormonal imbalances can also upset the oil balance and increase the activity of sebaceous glands. Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. To cleanse oily skin, use oil-free products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.Try using a clay or mud mask. If you have sensitive skin, use white or rose-colored clays.Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together. To clear away excess oil, use a clay or mud mask. Blend together well 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for fifteen minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Do this at least three times a week--or more. Along with this, do regular exercises specially yoga under proper yoga-teacher/ yoga instructor's guidance (which helps in proper regularising the hormones). Also, take Homoeopathic treatment - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and the same medicine to be applied locally on acne/ acne marks + Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day, both for 20 days and give your feedback to me.

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

Donating blood has got nothing to do with weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello, there are different types of laser therapies (like nd-yag, quantum ipl, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e. G: may start from rs. 500-700 per sitting for upper lips area and so on). (if there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time).

Hi, It is called acid reflux. With few precautions, management and homoeopathic medicine, you will get relief in it. Medication: Take Biochemic medicine - Natrum Phos. 6x/ thrice daily ½ an hour after meals. Management: Don't lie down immediately after having meals. If you want can only after 2 hrs. of eating anything. Sit straight after eating. Eat 6 frequent meals with less spices, soda/ aerated drinks; better to eat simple bland food.

Hi dear, my advice to you was to do your audiometry check up first, then the audiologist will tell you a better treatment option for you. The bone removed was mastoid bone due to infection, so do not go for another surgery. It may lead to serious complications.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8.
