In hypothyroidism:-- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Hello, This irregularity and polymenorrhoea can be due to progesterone deficiency which could be stress induced. So please get your serum progesterone levels done and if deficient then you may have to be started on cyclical progesterone therapy.

Her bmi is 23.7 which is absolutely normal for her age and height. If she has put on little weight off late, it can not be the reason for loosing interest in the sex.

I have continuous white discharge what is the reason for it and what is the remedy and how to avoid it.

There are two type of vaginal discharge. 1- normal discharge- normal discharge may look clear, white in colour, which dry on cloths and no cause any irritation, normal discharge can occur for many reasons, including menstrual cycle, emotional stressors, pregnancy, usage of medications - including birth control pills, and sexual intercourse, without smell. 2- abnormal discharge- abnormal discharge cause irritation, rash or sorness, discharge persistent, burning on skin, white, clumpy discharge like cheese, it may be greenish or yellowish in colour. With bad smell. -: the cause of discharge (leucorrhoea) is infection most common bacterial infection in vagina. So, there are some basic management which help you to deal with it. 1- keep vaginal area clean and dry. 2- wear clean, cotton underwear. 3- avoid using deodorant pads or tampons. 4- wipe from front to back after urination or bowel movement. 5- avoid vulvo/vaginal irritants, including perfumed or deodorant soaps/body washes. Use v wash or dettol. 6- don't scratch infected part, it can cause irritation or burning.

Runners’ bodies require special diet including nourishing foods to fuel their muscles and to maintain their energy levels. Eating right foods at right timings greatly helps a runner’s body to perform better and will also reduce the chance of injury. The food should be rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, good fats and quality carbohydrates to fulfill their body requirements.

Here are foods that runners need to include in their diet.

1. Eggs: They are good source of choline, a type of vitamin B, which is essential for normal functioning of cells in the body and to reduce inflammation. Eggs also possess essential amino acids which are needed for speedy recovery.

Hello, might be its due to acidity and indigestion drink apple, pear, grapes, lemon, carrot, beet, watermelon and vegetable soup / home made juice 1/2 times soak 5 almonds and 3 dried figs for 3 houres then grind n make paste add 1 tbsp honey n use the same before going to bed stay healthy.

Grade 3 or mature placenta is nothing but calcified placenta which doesn't have much complications on delivery and 60% of deliveries will be normal and some times there may be chances of low birth weight of babies and no major complications as such, so don't worry.

If it is soft, mobile, well defined it may be benign and can be observed. Otherwise you can get a needle biopsy done to know the nature of lump. There is no other option to get rid of lump than to excise it, if it is benign.

- 1 midsized mango, peeled and chopped into cubes

- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
