Hi. If itching occurs only at play ground then environmental factors could be triggering itch like pollens, dust or flowers erc. Otherwise it may be related to a particular clothe worn while playing in the garden, though perspiration with associated jokitch is not uncommon.

As you said you have suffering from pcod and irregular menses. For such problem you can go under the basti chikitsa from panchakrma therapy, after that the do take medicine for pcod. This will definately cure your problems and also helps to reduce the weight and other health issues like heat. You can take tab. Kanchanar guggula 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs before food.

My wife is fat, she often complains that her lower abdomen pains when there is more pressure on her stomach. She is gaining weight due to Hormone imbalance. She has got thyroid test done which is -be, doctor has advised her to reduce weight. We got married 2 months back. Will it affect in trying for a baby. Please suggest what to do.

Gaining weight due to hormone imbalance, pressure on stomach, heaviness after food, all point towards increased kapha dhatu. Go for vamana karma first in February, followed by rasayan karma. Hormonal imbalance will vanish & she will be healthy again! Contact some Panchakarma expert in your area.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Hi, give him homoeopathic medicine - arnica 30/ 3 times a day and apply arnica ointment over the area which will relieve the swelling. Take him to nearby hospital or doctor where x-ray can be taken. Although chances off any major injuries are less as kids bones are quite soft, but in which position he fell down that also does matters.

I have dark circles around my eyes. What is the reason for that and give some suggestions to remove it.
Contrary to popular belief, dark circles are more than just the result of being tired. The truth is the blue or green tone seen is actually the blood passing through the veins located just below the surface of the skin. If the skin around the eyes is extremely thin, as can occur progressively with age, and/or blood vessels are extremely close to the skin's surface, this can also give the appearance of darkness because blood becomes visible through translucent skin. As you age, skin loses its elasticity and ability to regenerate, which makes the appearance of dark circles more prominent regardless of beauty sleep. Genetic predisposition to thinner skin below the eyes can also contribute to the presence of dark circles. Cortisone, allergic reactions to cosmetics, tobacco smoke, and air pollution are known to trigger dark circles and bags under your eyes. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.

White Vs Brown Bread - Which One Should You Eat ?

With the growing market for organic products, there is a widespread confusion on which product to choose. The same dilemma holds good in selecting the type of bread. White bread or Brown Bread? People are not sure which one to eat to stay healthy. A few quick facts about the two types of bread and which one should be consumed to stay healthy, are given below

White Bread
White bread is made out of refined wheat flour that has nothing to offer for the body. During the process of making white bread, the bran and wheat germ is removed from the wheat flour and Potassium Bromate, Benzoyl Peroxide or Chlorine Dioxide gas are used for bleaching to generate the whiteness. Potassium Bromate is highly dangerous if consumed in large doses. Chlorine dioxide is also used as a pesticide and is considered hazardous to the environment. When a large amount of white bread is consumed, the refined carbohydrates generate high levels of insulin thus, resulting in higher chances of weight gain. In spite of being globally popular, white bread is highly unhealthy for your body. It is completely devoid of nutrients and it is as harmful as table sugar for the digestive system.

Brown Bread
The American Academy of Pediatrics has revealed that whole wheat brown bread is rich in nutrients compared to the white bread. One major factor contributing to the above-mentioned fact is the amount of fiber present in whole wheat brown bread. The increased fiber content slows down the digestion process and thereby, reduces the effect on blood sugar and production of insulin. Other nutrients that are present in brown bread include vitamin B6, E, Folic acid, Zing, Copper and Manganese. Brown bread has lesser amount of calcium as compared with brown bread. Many manufacturers claim that they produce brown bread with the same amount of calcium as in white bread. Whole wheat bread contains Phytonutrient also called as plant lignans that have been observed to protect against heart diseases and breast cancer.

Things to consider while buying Brown Bread
The declining demand for white bread has forced a lot of manufacturers to use caramel as a coloring agent to darken white to brown bread. So buyers need to carefully look for the ingredients mentioned in the packing to ensure that they are buying the right product. It is important to check the first ingredient to see whether it is whole wheat or whole meal flour. If the word "enriched" is used, it means that the same flour used for white bread is used. Look for the bread with the minimum ingredients to ensure that you get maximum nutrients and very little additives. Also, make sure the amount of the following ingredients are as given below; sodium should be lesser than 401mg, saturated fat should be 1gm and fiber needs to be 4gm per 2 slices of serving.

To conclude, when it comes to organic and fitness oriented scenarios, brown is always better than white. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

There is a very good natural procedure to remove heart blocks by consuming a household prepared medicine. Take below things ginger juice - 1 cup garlic puree - 1 cup lemon juice - 1 cup apple cider vinegar - 1 cup mix all the ingredients and heat it on low flame for 10-15 mints after evaporation of water content from it. Its becomes 3 cups of mixture then add 3 cups organic honey mix it properly and stored in glass water bottle and give him daily one teaspoon in the morning and one tea spoon in evening. If the patient is diabetic don't mix honey. If it is difficult to prepare above mixture, just consult homeopathy doctor there were good medicine in homeopathy to lowering the cholesterol, to remove blocks, and also improve the hearts health.

A) apply mixture of honey and fresh juice of BASIL LEAVES on face, two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… C) take 30 ml juice of BASIL LEAVES and LEMON along with 10 ml of HONEY and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. THANKS.

When I move my head towards back side I listen a clicking sound from my neck snd I think it is due to my postural problem.
