Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor. For Hypertension: Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

Hey I understand you are busy with desk job. You can do some stretching exercises at desk, take up stairs instead of elevators, talk on phone while walking, walk till your parked vehicle and do some 5 minutes home workouts with high intensities. Low fat, moderate carbs and high protein foods balances your meals and should be eaten at regular intervals. Remember to hydrate yourself.

Probably u just have a pigmentation or u have a proper scar.it can be determined only by an examination.random treatments vil not solve ur problem.u may need medications or even interventions or both.Scars are treated by a variety of measures.some need lasers,some require surgical intervention,others respond to topicals,depends on the type of scar which has to be first determined on examination.

Hello change in colour of hair, hair fall, dry brittle hair are all signs of mineral deficiency in hair. Oiling does help in conditioning the scalp. It is important to use oil 3 /week and wash it 3/week. But when the person has dandruff then he should wash daily with shampoo. Dandruff is a generalised term but under this heading there are many other disorders. It can be psoriasis, dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis amentecia etc. It is important to check the scalp for thinning of hair and dandruff. Consult trichologist.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night.

As per your complain it likes to be generalized attrition shayd apke sare dat uppar se ghis gae lagte hain due to aging or habit of bruxism and tobacco products chewing. The other reason is effect due to severe heavy hard brushing causing wearing of teeth leads to sensitivity use Colgate sensitive pro relief and ch-x mouthwash for 1 month if it still persist then go for full mouth rehabilitation in which doctor does rct in all your hypersensitive teeth followed by capping.

Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

Hi my work does not allow me to have timely dinner & sleep before 01 am, lately it stretches up to 2-2.30 am & my body clock is such that I get up by 8.30 am, what to do suggest to have a more fulfilled & complete sleep in order as when I do not sleep well I get shortness of breadth the following day. Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching TV and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music consult for further management

Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Take low sodium high fiber and potassium rich Fruits and vegetables a lot to reduce fast. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

The cause of blackness are poor blood supply to hands to get relief- * massage the hands with oil twice a day in morning & evening. * soak the hands ith warm water before massage for 8-10 days. * take lots of green vegetables to increase the iron contents of body. * take 2-4 almonds with a glass of milk daily. * make paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder & apply on the hands for 10-15 minutes & wash it. Do it for 4-6 times a week.
