For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. Restlessness or feeling wound-up or on edge being easily fatigued difficulty concentrating or having their minds go blank irritability muscle tension difficulty controlling the worry sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless, unsatisfying sleep) these are some of the symptoms.

Dear lybrate-user, This sounds like unwanted vaata in your joints and body. Please take 30 ml castor oil in the morning with plenty of hot water. It will flush out the toxins in your system as well as a lot of un wanted vaata.

I am not able to sleep properly. Whenever I sleep it looks like the food I ate is coming out some times, sometimes I am burping, so I could not wake up early even at 8 am, so couldn't eat breakfast. But morning sleep is superbly coming. Please help me.

It could be due to hyperacidity. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy meals. Esp in night. Avoid late night eating. Avoid constipation. Antacid might be required. Consult with more details if required.

My blood pressure remains low and I experience black outs occasionally. What should I do?

When your bp goes down you can take coffee. And go for test to confirm hypotension. Test. Echo. Blood pressure is a measurement of the pressure in your arteries during the active and resting phases of each heartbeat. Here's what the numbers mean: systolic pressure. The first (top) number in a blood pressure reading, this is the amount of pressure your heart generates when pumping blood through your arteries to the rest of your body. Diastolic pressure. The second (bottom) number in a blood pressure reading, this refers to the amount of pressure in your arteries when your heart is at rest between beats. Current guidelines identify normal blood pressure as lower than 120/80 mm hg.

Sir I got nervous usually in any little problem. Usually got depress and it effects digestive system. Feel vomiting. ...
Our body is linked to our mind and whenever we are emotionally disturbed, some part of the body which is weak already will get affected. You have very rightly connected your emotional state to your digestion. For nervousness, I suggest that you undergo counselling sessions to feel more confident from within and in control of yourself and the situation. The counsellor will help you to vent out whatever you are going through in a non judgemental and therapeutic space which is aimed at recovery from the stress and learning practical tips to handle stress better without feeling nervousness. Meanwhile some general tips foryou: 1. Keep in mind that you have some abilities and capabilities. If you are doing any work out of your comfort zone, then it's possible that you win feel nervous. All humans go through this and it is normal. But what helps to come out of nervousness and perform the job, is a core belief that I am capable and worthy of doing this job and I know how to do this job. If you don't have the knowledge then it is best to learn what is needed and then attempt the job. Eg. A receptionist must know how to type and answer phone calls. Thus it is important to know these skills before attempting to take this role. 2. Don't be afraid to make mistakes: all humans make mistakes even if they have been doing a particular work for many years. This is again human nature and tendency. So don't be hard on yourself and be ready to make mistakes. The best way is to learn from your error of judgement so that you don't do the same things next time. You will get hands on experience and know different ways of doing the same thing as well. People who succeed only make number of mistakes. Without making mistakes, nobody has yet succeeded. 3. From depressed I think that you feel disappointed in yourself. Please don't label yourself as depressed because disappointment is a normal emotion and nobody is immune to it. Life is dull of ups and downs. Your job is to bounce back and be ready to take the challenge again. The failure doesn't define you as a person. Failure and success are one part of life and you are much more than that. You might have not succeeded in one attempt. But you can make more attempts or try something new. There is no end to scope of exploration and learning. 4. Exercising regularly and eating light food full of lean proteins, complex carbs, good fats is very important for physical and mental health. Get your vit b 12 and vit d3 levels checked and if it's low then eat foods which will up this level or take supplements. Exercising is known to release natural and mood uplifting neuro transmitters to help feel good and confident about your self. And there are numerous health benefits including better digestion.

I am in a very depressed state. I am a married women of age 25 and husband is also the same age as me. We have been married for 4 yrs. Ours is a love marriage but our love faded away very soon and I am facing a whole lot of problem from then. We have lots of misunderstanding between us. Each time he fights and goes away for weeks without an word. He would not even answer my calls. Its one sided always I have to be the one who takes efforts to console him make him talk and adjust the situation and go. He does not spend any time with me, is not interested in sex too. I have expressed my feeling to him many times but it seems like he does not care always taking me for granted. I couldn't leave my husband no matter how abusive he is. I love him so much but want to break out of this situation. Please help me to stay strong.

Hi Lybrate user frist of all I must say that this type of situation is very crucial for any person. Being a holistic Ayurveda physician I can suggest you some thing new to do for resolving this issue, these advice is based on holistic and spiritual, behaviour science which may be difficult to understand but works very instantly and these steps are very simple. 1-Acceptance :frist you have to accept your current suffering and the the person by which you are suffering. By doing this you can able to control your reaction effectively and you can able to focus on yourself. 2-take responsibility :take total responsibility of your suffering that you are responsible for this only. Here the basis is spiritual karmic connection. Past life issues. Whether it seem that you are right and why second one is behaving so badly to you. 3-Read your thoughts and reactions going on in your mind for concern person :if your mind is full of anger, resentment, negative thoughts then stop these things by activating believe system that what ever is going in your mind may manifested in reality so why I think negative and have bad emotions. Here basis is that our mind is creator, things comes to frist in our mind and then it manifests in reality. 4- forgiveness: If you believer that you are responsible for this issue then you can understand why I have to forgive him for what suffering he has given to you. Again basis is spiriittual past life, in which you may have given pain, non acceptance to that person so you both are here to resolve this issue but scenario is reverse. So if you forgive him then the issue is resolved. Proof for resolution is if the face of that person comes in your mind and you are not feeling any negative thoughts and emotions except love then this is the proof the issue is resolved. 5-create what you want :every time think what type of love, Releation, and behaviour you want from him and visualize it with real feelings in present moment with believe that it will happen to me. 6-Action is not important but corresponding reaction is important :after reading this next time what you face control yourself to react. 7-You are not alone God is always with you always pray for yourself and your family and tell Him (god) I have learned a lesson and I want to change this situation as you want visualize in your prayers that it is happening in your life. 8-Always do your duty, be stand in love and care support with him whether he is suffering with his own fault. It's probably migraine pain. You can take tab brufen 400 mg tablet twice daily and tab aciloc 150 mg twice daily till you get relieved. Avoid exposure to sun and bright light. Regards

I am 68 years male having arthritis (both knees) problem last 11 years I tried ayurvedic, homeopathy medicines but no use i am unable to walk if I walk I will get pain in both knees, also I am suffering with diabetes since 17 years iam taking insurance insulin daily 15 units morning 15 units night and also metaformin500mg tab daily twice, allopathy drs says only option is knee surgery both knees. Please advice any guaranteed remedy in ayurvda ?
