Hi go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

The only way to reduce your tummy is to do little changes in lifestyle, caloric intake lesser than consumption, very less and basic herbals and some yoga postures and pranayama. Do not depend on med alone. It won't work.

Dear your bmi is 32.5, which is very high. Your weight shud be around 85. Do h have any other problem like diabetes, high bp, excessive snoring, high cholesterol. Please measure your height in cm and weight in kg correctly and revert back.

If you don't have time for exercise don't worry. First of all you should reset your diet schedule (take heavy breakfast and very light dinner). Avoid oily food and increase intake of water. Replace your tea with green tea. Avoid sleeping after having lunch.

There is no genuine tablet to reduce weight since its not scientifically feasible. Your weight can only be reduced by proper diet + daily dose of exercise. To remove cholesterol, you can eat more almonds, dals, beans, Cod liver oil, flaxseeds, apples, brinjal, ladyfinger. To reduce weight you can follow these steps. >> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Yes,   Pay close attention to your food choice. ·    Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·    While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·     Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. She want a diet chart to lose weight without any weakness. She is doing night shift job 5: 30 pm to 3 am. After that 3 am to 4 am she go for gym directly in office only. She is having tropicana cranberry juice daily around 350 ml. Kindly suggest her what to eat and what not to eat. Also let me know about spice which are harmful to her. She is very disappointed with her health. Around 2011 she was suffered from food poison. After that she started gaining weight suddenly. At that time she was around 55 - 60 kg. According to your height your weight should be 80 kg.If you want to get six pack then do regular exercise like push ups,plank,sit ups and other muscle building exercise like weight lifting.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of protein which will help to gain muscle.Take nuts,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Use whey protein along with workout.Take proper rest.

Identify your problem first, you need to know why your Breasts are big, this can only be because of: 1. Genetics 2. Obesity 3. Lactation( for lactating mothers) 4. Hormonal Changes 5. Drug side effects You must understand if you are large because of your genes, there is not much you can do without medical intervention. The best is to control your body weight and keep your breast tissue firm to avoid any health hazards. Rest all the other causes can be treated and taken care of with exercises, change in drugs and of course some prescribed medicines. The causes are dealt with in depth here. Body fat reduction plan consists of three phases- food plan , exercise to reduce body fat and then striking the balance between both – your diet and exercise pattern. Now, you must be wondering how body fat reduction can help me in reducing breast size – this will be taken care when you know that your breast consists of mainly fat tissue and reduction in body fat will result in automatic size reduction of breasts. This is quite an effective method but this will not help ladies who have:  Big breasts because they are genetically big.  Big bust size and the breast is less of fat and more of glandular tissue – thus this may help some and may not prove too effective for others. Below I have listed down some best exercises that will help you Reduce breast eventually  Pushups  Dips  Barbell Bench Press  Pec Deck Butterflys Using a Pec Deck machine, seat yourself in it accordingly. Perform the exercise by squeezing your forearms and elbows in together so that you virtually touch them together at the peak of the movement. Be sure to really squeeze your pecs at the peak of this movement for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat.  Decline Dumbbell Flyes Position yourself on a decline bench, flat on your back. Have your spotter hand you each dumbbell. When you begin this movement, you want your arms to be stretched out wide to your sides with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing inward, toward one another. When you lift the dumbbells up together, visualize hugging a giant tree trunk. At the peak of the movement, really squeeze your pecs together for a one-count. Be sure to lower the dumbbells in a slow and controlled fashion. Repeat this movement for as many repetitions as you can until failure. Remember to always use a spotter when performing this and almost every other free weight exercise! With all this you must take care of your diet too – eat healthy and apt food , do not go for crash diet as it may lead to weakness as you have taken up a exercise plan and you need to take some calories to burn them. Big size Breasts although attract a lot of attention- they may cause you embarrassment sometimes too so to avoid physical and mental pain from your big bust you must stick to some given food choices: 1. Fruits – Fruit diet is what is always recommended, a bowl full of fruits that are rich in nutrients and water content should be your first preference. Fruits contain antioxidants that help you reduce weight and remain healthy. This will help you maintain your body fat proportion and thus a natural way to reduce breast fat. 2. Vegetables- Having lot of vegetables is also recommended as like fruits Vegetables are also good source of nutrients and antioxidants that keep you metabolically active. Being active means you will not tend to put on weight and managing weight is the key to your over grown bust. Veggies like Spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower etc. that have no starch are best. 3. Fish- best protein source- For your daily protein source you must rely on fish only this is the lowest calorie protein source. This will help your muscles in getting healthier and toned. Fats are minimal in fish. Fishes like Tuna, trout &salmon are best to use. 4. Nuts- nuts are also source of energy and necessary antioxidants and nutrients which are necessary for a female body to cope up with everything. Best nuts that you must include in your diet are walnut, almond and Brazilian nuts along with macadamia nuts that are neither salted nor coated with sugar. The intake of nuts helps you maintain healthy metabolism again the key to weight management. The food management is an important part. If you have a healthy diet you tend to manage weight and have less body fat which leads to automatic and natural reduction of breast. This regime if combines with exercise works best.

According to your age your weight is much more. If you want to reduce fat avoid junk foods totally and maximum fruits juices and salads. If you want to reduce food take rich amount of fluids and salads, fruits. Daily 4 apples only reduce your fat.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 22 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Improve your fiber intake and also drink lots of water. Fiber intake can be increased by eating vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, etc naturally. But an exercise for an hour with floor exercise is a must and shouldTo reduce weight, you should consume more of fibre, protein, omega 3 essential fatty acid rich foods, drink 3-4 cups of green tea, eat small portions at frequent intervals to increase your basal metabolic rate. Don't have gaps bigger than 3 hours in between meals.
