2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Lybrate-user, medicines are temporary cure and will have lots of side effects. You are young you can be slim by exercises and healthy diets, drink luke warm water everyday at least 4 liters it will flush your fat through urine. Start morning jogging along with it, surya namaskar is yet another magic asana to lose fat.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. • Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. • Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. • You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at EVERY meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower , cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. Add other greens I hv not mentioned. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any JUNK FOOD and AERATED drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or tin can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy 'go' in life -regardless of age. In todays urban atmosphere, exercise indoors unless you live in rural areas or in the hills...otherwise buy electrical air purifiers, put it on full and exercise in front of it.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. If any medical issue is there visit a doctor.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise in evening 1 hr before dinner and diet control avoid non veg and fast food.
