Hi do regular walking/exercise for atleast 45 minutes daily. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables and also get back to me with the type of medication as there are some diabetic drugs which will cause weight gain.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease fat of hip region you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise and streching. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging, skipping, cycling. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I.e. 1. Obesity is a growing health concern. Usually losing weight seems to be a mammoth task, but does not have to be.
2. The beauty of this weight loss tip is in the simplicity. Just drinking a pint of water, three times a day, before your main meals may help reduce your weight.
3. It is well established that water is essential for our health. It rids toxins from the body, transports nutrients and oxygen to cells, lubricates joints, regulates body temperature and protects the body's organs and tissues, among other functions.
4. Some studies have earlier reported that drinking water before a mental task can boost brain performance.
5. Drinking water increases your metabolic rate temporarily and it makes you feel fuller so you then eat less at mealtimes.
6. However there are some groups of patients, such as those with heart or kidney failure, for whom consuming a pint of water before mealtimes may not be appropriate.

Hi, thyroid disorder is not only the reason for weight gain, you need to rule out other causes of weight gain also. Secondly, its important to keep your thyroid levels under normal levels, so get your thyroid profile done.

Right now as per your current weight you are in obese grade 1 category as your current bmi is 27. Ideally as per your height your weight should be 59-68 kg to be in normal range of bmi (18.5-22.9). You need to lose 14 kg approx.

1) there is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) during business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits (except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) small frequent meals (containing high fibre, low fat, moderate to low carbohydrates, moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals) with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) drink plenty of water. 9) do not skip meals 10) prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) tea consumption should be reduced. Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Have 2 cups of ecovalley green tea daily.

To reduce belly,bicepes and chest fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.and do suya namaskar 10 times daily

Avoid nighttime snacks and snacking infront of TV. Divide 1 junk meal to several mini-­‐meal per day. Incorporate healthy protein to your meals Avoid high carb or empty calorie foods like fast food such as grilled, canned, cookies, candys and junk foods Never skip breakfast-­‐skipping breakfast will make you hungry later. Opt for healthy morning meal like high fiber cereal, low fat milk and fruit Include fiber to your diet –oatmeal, fruits and fiber rich vegetables. Sleep: If you are sleep deprived, your body over produces appetite stimulating hormones ghrelin and under produces hormone leptin which tells you when you are full. Drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day, also include herbal teas. Avoid carbonated drinks such as fizzy drinks. Reduce the levels of stress. Weigh yourself once a week and track your weight and maintain a proper food diary Juice of 1 green apple, 1 beet and 2 medium carrots daily.
