U have to take peoper and symptomatic treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine such as ratanhia 200, hammamelis 30 has good result in such cases. Drink plenty of water and depend on liquid diet.

Hello, Just like fat does not get deposited overnight, you can not get rid off it overnight. The most balanced solution to your problem is ensure your mother sticks to a natural balanced diet with some increase in physical activity. There are no medicines for healhy weight, even if they are you need to first focus on the right diet. At an age such medicines and pills can prove to be fatal.

Hello you may reduce your stomach fat by jogging and yoga as well as exercise. Reduce your fats intake and rich poteins diets. Hot water sipping one cup every half an hour for whole day. All these help you to reduce your belly fats.

How turmeric can help you lose weight this winter season

Weight gain and winters go hand in hand as it’s the holiday season, full of weddings or parties, both of which can result in the piling up of calories and kilos. Turmeric in winters is a must have, at least for its medicinal properties, which help you in dealing with the common winter woe of weight gain.

Why is turmeric most effective in winters?
Turmeric has plenty of health benefits like reducing the effects of arthritis, increasing the immunity of your body etc. besides being a natural remedy for weight loss. The benefits of turmeric can be enjoyed to the fullest during winters as its consumption during summers in excessive amount can cause some side effects. Turmeric has a heating effect on your body, so consuming it in excess during the summer months adds to the heat your body generates and may result in indigestion or heartburn.

How can turmeric help in losing weight?
Turmeric is rich in curcumin (an orange pigment), which is instrumental in breaking dietary fibres, and consequently in helping you to lose weight. Turmeric golden milk recipe-
Ingredients:
1 inch long stick of turmeric, coarsely crushed
½ cup water
1 cup low fat milk
Pepper, according to taste
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
Combine the milk and the water and bring to boil. Add the crushed turmeric and pepper. Heat the mixture on a low flame for about 20 minutes. Remove from flame and strain the mixture. Pour in a glass and stir the honey into it. Consume the drink while it’s still warm.

Hi take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

If you're on a diet, you're probably already working out a couple of times a week. Take the stairs instead of the elevator; walk to the bus, train, or all the way to the office; window-shop with your best friend rather than sit over coffee. Taking the dog out, gardening and even housecleaning all increase the number of calories you expend. You don't have to go for a jog (although that would help!) to speed up weight loss. Twenty minutes of moderate exercise a day means you'll burn approximately 700 calories.

Hi, Thanks for the query. Weight loss cannot be timed. everyone takes different times to reduce fats. One person may take 6 months to reduce 30kgs, another 1 year. Don't limit or time bind fat loss. As for workout choose what you are comfortable with. Fat loss needs both cardio and strength training. You can alternate cardio and weight training days.

Do not use medicines, start doing surya pranaam to lose belly fat. Start doing ushapan, means drink luke warm water when you wake up, and drink 3 to 4 liters water in a day, your fat will start flushing through urine, don't eat after sunset, start walking and jogging, avoid sugar and processed food also.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

My current weight is 92 kg, which was one month earlier 105kg, I reduced it with my and with help of gym supplements. I wish to put down it to 75kg which is according to my height (177.5cms) in coming months, please give me some tips for it to get best of it.

congratulations for achieving a weight loss. You have to make sure that it is just weight loss and not health loss! Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
