Hello sir/madam I am 46 years old male person 3 years back i was met major accident and also I was in coma 20 days now I am ok but few ago am feeling bad about my legs are swelling when I was sleep in night, morning its clear by evening same problem reflected, I have only hypertension. In some individuals , amlodipine can cause swelling in the feet . Stop amlodipine and ramipril and start tab olmezest H 20mg once daily .. Hope the swelling goes . You should consult after one week of change in medications

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

If you are consuming your cooking oil in form of refined oil immediately stop consuming it and switch to sarso oil or cow ghee secondly make sure that the patient is walking at least 60 minutes in morning and after the walk of 60 minutes do 30 minutes yoga regularly if you want a healthy lifestyle otherwise the complications will only increase. Do not consume excess of salt and make sure that the salt which you are consuming is not iodized salt, only consume rock salt which is also known as sendha namak. For making your heart healthy give patient 300 millilitres of bottle gourd juice everyday you can also add 2 tablespoon ginger 2 tablespoon coriander 2 tablespoon shyam tulsi and 2 tablespoon mint juice in it, if given this juice after 60 minutes of walj regularly for 3 months then I take guarantee the patient will never have any heart problem for the next 30 years for more details and better treatment consult me privately.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Left upper lobe calcification. My reports when I went for medicals which was required bcoz I wanted 2 travel abroad. The reports came unfit to travel and I did not understand why these reports came as unfit. The doc said there was a spot in the chest X-ray how this spot comes and if it comes how can we treat it. If treatable how much time will it take.

There's a different type of pain in my heart. There's no specific place for it. Its just as needles are pitching in my heart. Also that moment I face difficulty in exhaling and inhaling. This problem is since last 3-4 years. There are no more effect on my body. As this pain starts I stop respiration and that time no pain can be felt and so soon I start inhaling and exhaling pain starts. What's the problem can you please tell me. I'm 19 years old.
