I have back pain (lower)last four months. I have pain on the lower part of right shoulder blade also. Sometime i feel pain in the middle back head. MRI of whole spine show no abnormality. Doctor suggest pregabolin first. As i feel imbalance taking after drug then he suggest gabapentin. But pain is not reduced. What can i do?

If u sitting in the chair for a long hour then your pain reason could be trigger points r developing in the shoulder region. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

there are not permanent solution for it..be on medicines..manege life style only...Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Drinking water at intervals keeps your body hydrated so that uric acid crystals do not form at all. A healthy intake of water can help flush excess uric acid out of the body. Increase your consumption of antioxidant-rich foods like cherries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes and pineapples. They prevent inflammation of the joints and help in the excretion of uric acid. Try apple cider vinegar. Not only is it known to lower uric acid levels, but it also helps to reduce arthritic pain, even when used as a topical application. Stay away from foods that can cause gout or trigger inflammation. These include beans, mushrooms, meat and fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines and crab. Although patients with gout are advised to limit alcohol intake, the best option would be to eliminate it completely. Alcohol not only increases the risk of gout it also increases the severity of symptoms.

Although not seriouss but you should start following homoeopathic medicine as a precautionary measure------------haemocal (sbl) chew 4 tabs twice daily for 1-2 months.

Typhoid can Def take a lot out of a person. possibly it might have caused some lesions in the intestine that could be causing malabsorption of nutrients. I recommend just take your medicines regularly so that the infection completely resolves. give yourself sone rest and let the body heal and recover. And eat well. only eating good food will GIVE u your strength back. medicines won't.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. I had terrible pain and stiffness around knee ie, a little above knees and also below the knees of both legs. It was difficult even to sit. My dexa scan result says ostopenia. Well you are actually confusing two different issues, one is osteopenia which is decrease in density of bone as compared to normal. Other is osteoarthritis of knees for which you have been prescribed lubrijoint. You can continue with lubrijoint but mainstay of management will remain intensive physical therapy, daily brisk walks for 2-3 km per day, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake and maintaining an active and a healthy lifestyle. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
