Running is only cardio exercise output only kegel exercises may give good pelvic floor muscle strengthening work out.

My leg muscles swell and pain a lot when ever I run hard and try to improve my stamina I am trying my best from 1.5 years, even after a long break, it starts again whenever I start running again.

It seems to be Compartment syndrome. Do you start suddenly? Have you tried gradual increase in workout? My advice would be to improve your stamina gradually with just 10% increase every week in workout. Do you have any coach? for example, If you can run 1km without any problem, then start with 1km for one week, then next week add 100 meters.... If you have already done this, then visit a sports injury specialist doctor.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Avoid Excess bending. Do exercise after consulting physiotherapist. Keep weight maintain. Increase calcium intake through food like Milk. Knee support with knee caps will help you.

I am 27 years old. Female. I have been detected with left foot tb arthritis. I am taking anti tb drugs also from the last week. But still there is swelling and no movement in my left foot. Please let me knw when I will be able to walk properly.

I am 63 year old female I have pain in my thigh right side and unable to stand for long time. I have no sugar or bp.

It can be related to your back pain. If you had problem of low back ache in past. Second option is use hot and cold fermentation on your right side of thigh. 1 min each fermentation and do 5 reps. (pain can be due to muscle weakness).

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I am 24 years old, suffering with low ankle pain. After met with an accident, I consulted a doctor he gave some pain killers and calcium tablets. It was two months before. Now I am getting pain what can I do,

Kindly show me x ray of your ankle (front & side views) before I can give any opinion. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Tk muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation twice a day if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long standing toward bending long sitting lifting heavyweight, etc.

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling. Get her blood sugar , serum calcium, and Hb% checked.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.
