1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg and consult cardiologist 11. Consult me for further advice.

The best ayurvedic treatment for acidity is Sy. Bhunimbadi kwath 15 ml thrice a day after food and avipattikar churan 3 gm in between meals thrice a day. Do this for 1 month and contact me with results. You could also have licorice tea for better comfort. Avoid spices, salt, chilly, tea, coffee and alcohol.

Hives - How Ayurveda is Helpful in Treating it?

Hives, also known as urticaria, is characterized by an outbreak of swollen red bumps on the skin. It may cause symptoms of itching, burning or stinging. The disorder can affect any part of the body including the tongue, throat and face. The size of the bumps can vary, they may join together to form plaques. The bumps or plaques appear and disappear until the disorder runs its course. In case of chronic hives, the bumps can last up to six weeks.

Symptoms
The symptoms of this disorder are formation of bumps on the body, severe itching and pain resulting from the bumps. The symptoms can get aggravated by stress, heat and exercise. You may also experience dizziness, chest pain and a swollen throat.

Causes
Chronic hives can be caused when specific cells in the body release histamine in the blood. The exact cause of this disorder is not known. This reaction of releasing histamine in the blood can be triggered by factors like: 
1. Insects
2. Medications to control pain
3. Scratching
4. Exposure to cold and heat
5. Excessive consumption of alcohol
6. Heavy exercise

Being a female and being young raises your risk of being affected by this disorder.
 

Ayurvedic Treatment
The first line of treatment for hives is the use of home remedies. The doctor will aim to treat any underlying condition, if any. Ayurvedic remedies for hives are holistic and free from side effects. They are based on natural ingredients that do not cause any adverse effects on the body.

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don’t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. On Tuesday. I was in class. I got sweating and certainly my heart start beating fast nd my ears nd face become red and hot. Immediately I went to Dispensary in my college. They checked my bp it was normal 122/85 but my pulse rate was 112 at that time. Then I start losing my consciousness like I am very weak and I can't even move. And I got difficulty in breathing too at that time. After some time When everything was fine my body starts shivering and I feel like its very cold. My body starts shivering and after sometime it becomes normal. Today also I got the same. My heartbeat becomes faster nd face nd ears become red nd hot nd its difficult to breath. But after 2-3 minutes everything becomes fine and same shivering and cold temperature. My Triglycerides is 326.10 mg/DL And 25-OH Vitamin D is 17.68 My age is just 20 and weight is 56kgs. What is that I Don't knw. I am very scared. Please help me out?

Hello lybrate-user, what you are experiencing are episodes of panic attack. Do not worry, it's very normal to have these in times of extreme stress. You seem to be worried about exams/ upcoming events. The ways you can treat the episodes is by practicing breathing exercises, doing pranayama too helps this. In times of an attack you need to breath into a bag - preferrably a paper bag, but small plastic bag too can be helpful. Do not worry this is not life threatening.
