I appreciate your desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss with your medical history, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult' Some basic weight loss guidelines are here- Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables)which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Destressing also helps shed weight optimally.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

To lose weight you need to check your diet ----eat healthy food, cut all junk food and sugary food. Exercise regularly for atleast 40 mts everyday. Take your medications regularly. As you already have pcod you have the risk of developing diabetes in future. So please lose wight by controlling diet and exercising everyday and lose weight slowly over the time. Take care.

Start daily exercise in morning for 40 minutes, drink water properly, avoid tobacco & smoking if you have habit, lesser amount of tea & coffee avoid spicy & outside food, take proper 7 to 8 hour sleep at night time -no more sleep increase fruits and dry fruits daily. Check your eye by eye specialist & bp by local doctor. Think positive.

Is there really any effective treatment or medication to reduce the body weight specially from abdomen. My wife, 58 yrs. Height 5 ft, weight 75 kgs. Currently taking 75 mg. Thyronorm s Thyroid medicine prescribed by doc. Though she suffers from slip disc and sciatica pain but does maximum home chores herself. Take ginger juice with honey in the empty stomach on alternate days for a week. Repeat if required. Appetite will improve. Eat more vegetable, fruits cew well before swallowing. Drink lot of water. Have sound sleep for at least 7 hours.

Once you've gained the right amount of weight that you desire to gain, you'll realise that your naturally thin body will look far more toned and curved at the right places, than you ever thought possible. Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.
