Pl. Ignore last answer as that is for underweight patient. Here is a best diet for you as you are overweight as per your given reports. Diet >> I advice to spare more time for rigorous exercises, free hand, walking, jogging, take low fat buy high protien based good carbs related diet. No sleep at day time. Be dynamic & good foods with quality protien. I must advice you to start immediately low calorie all meals. No rice but brown rice, brown rice. No junks, fast, out side foods, no cola, sweet drinks, creamy, fried foods rather just protien rich whole wheat foods, small but frequent meals without oil, fat. Keep on gym, at least max time of free hand exercises. You better have a calculated diet plan. You ll gradually loose weight surely.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

My blood pressure rises in supine position and becomes normal in standing position. What can be the reason for this?

Dear , bp fluctuates normally from lying and standing postures. Please tell me the levels in supine and standing position. It should only worry you, if the levels are beyond normal.

My female friend took an I pill twice in a week within 24 hours of the act as the condom broke twice. Now she is late on her period by a day or two. Would taking I pill twice in a week reduce its affect and what should she do now? Should the period be expected late or is something wrong?

I-pill has a failure rate of 5% which makes it 10% in your case as she took it twice. Menses can get delayed without pregnancy after 2 ipill. If menses r missed by 7 days she should get urine test done.

I am having sleeping problem, high weakness and fever every day. I manage to sleep only 2-3 hours daily with lots of try. My all blood reports are normal, Ultrasound normal. No thyroid, no diabetic, no typhoid. I don't know where I am lacking. please suggest.

It could be due to stress, overthinking and tension because of which you are unable to sleep. Meditate daily in dark room for 10 minutes at bed time. Try to clear your mind and soul, this will help you get a good night sleep. Also take aswagandha daily with warm milk at bedtime.

Depression is a psychiatric disorder characterised by persistent sadness of mood, disinterest in work and surroundings along with associated symptoms like sleep problems, inability to experience pleasure in previously pleasurable things, decreased appetite etc present persistently for atleast 15 days. There is no specific cause for depression. But a deficiency and imbalance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain can caused precession. Treatment with antidepressants and counselling can treat depression effectively.

Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food (as and when required).
