This is a psychological problem. I have performed poorly in class 12 examinations. I am very much depressed about it. I know its my fault. My family life is complicated. I could not sleep at nights due to frustration but still I try to be strong and think positive and move forward in life. But the main problem is my parents are always torturing and bullying me whenever they are getting the chance. I have had mental breakdowns but still they will not understand. I cannot breathe freely. They are always harassing me. I have tried to make them understand my problems but they are not interested. I have no one to share my sorrows and griefs and day by day I am breaking down mentally. I just have no idea what to do. All my efforts to make my parents understand have failed. My self confidence is now down to negative values due to this onslaught of my parents. Please try to understand. I really tried everything I could.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. You are disappointed, distressed and lack interest in life. I do not know much about your parents and their attitude and behavior. Therefore I cannot comment on them. I can talk to you. I think you should change your attitude. Suppose, you are getting employed and your boss is always harassing and bullying you, what will you do? apply that situation here. Change your attitude. Take care.

Dear, get an eye test and uric acid test done from a proper place. Whatever problems you mentioned later, can be because of increase in weight and anxiety related to it. Check up with dietitian or nutritionist. For anxiety talk to counselor. You can talk to me on my personal forum.

The end of a relationship often feels like the end of the world. After all the time and energy you have invested in it, it is very painful when it gets over. Keep in mind that life is full of ups and downs; nothing is permanent. The pain you feel today will go away with time. Give yourself time to heal. Give time, time. In the meanwhile don't isolate yourself from your friends and family. Confide in someone you are comfortable with. Make a list of life goals, and plan how to achieve them. Relationships are an important part of your life, but they are not everything. Spend time with those close to you, indulge in some enjoyable activities. Keep yourself busy. Slowly you will see that there is a lot to life. However if you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately. Don't wait to feel worse.

Avoid studying in or near the bed. Also dont study in a lying posture. change the subject you study every one to two hours for variety Take regular, scheduled breaks that fit you, For every thirty minutes of studies take five minutes break. During this break time just close your eyes and relax yourself, If you have been studying continuously in a sitting posture, get up and stretch yourself. You can even have a short walk which will make you feel active Use active studying techniques Walk around and read loudly For every fifteen minutes change the method of studying. For example first study loudly in a sitting posture, followed by writing down the points which you feel as important or the ones which needs frequent reading and review, then draw the related drawing graphs etc, then have a brief discussion or sharing of what you have studied with your friends or any other people around you. Involve in activities that does not demand your attention such as jogging and review what you have studied. Alternate between studying and such physical activity. Read out loud, record it in audio tapes for listening whenever you are less active Involve in discussions and debates with your friends or teachers on what you have studied and your understanding of the content. Create mental images about what you are studying, draw pictures and diagrams frequently to reinforce

I am twenty seven years old. I am not married. Whether it is possible to live with out marring for life.?

I am twenty seven years old. I am not married. Whether it is possible to live with out marring for life.?
You do not explain as to why you want to know about living a bachelor?s life, forever. To directly answer you, yes, it is ?possible? to live without marrying, without doubt. There are so many single people, and chronic bachelors that live life to the fullest. Our own Prime Minister is a bachelor and you can see the success he has achieved. However, we are all made for relationships. We were in fact conceived because of a relationship between mom and dad! It becomes us to be in a committed relationship. So much of research has repeatedly confirmed that people who live in relationships live longer, happier, and better. Unless you have a compelling reason not to be married, you must get betrothed to someone of your choice. You are young and have a long way to go in life and it must be shared with someone you are compatible with. We are all born with a need to love and to be loved. Your best bet to fulfill this natural endowment is to find a partner and build a nice little home in love. Love then begets children as a blessing of that love, and a completion to your reproductive capacity. Is there something that has affected this thinking for you to want to keep away from marrying? Have you witnessed some bad relationships that have discouraged you so? If so, do not generalize: people make their own lives by choice, unwittingly. If you know or can learn what it takes to make relationships work, you are as good a candidate as any. If you love yourself, you will want to share it with someone special.

7 Ways to Remember Anything Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1.Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2.Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3.Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical. 4.Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5.When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6.Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. Suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7.Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.
