Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

How much take food? Ayurveda Advise
▪ To understand how much to take food, first of all imagine four equal portions of stomach.
▪ Now you can take solid food maximum two equal parts among of four parts of stomach. Means we can take solid food in amount 50%. Remaining one part have to leave for water intake and another one fourth part is for Air Circulation.
▪ Often and often food intake is not fair. It affects our digestion and its impact on our health as common causes of skin diseases, rheumatism, white spots and other complex diseases.
▪ Three to four hours gap between the two periods of food intake is necessary.
▪ It is advisable to eat in such less quantity of hunger.

Take a well balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, omega 3 fats and proteins. Avoid fried and junk foods. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Do yoga and pranayam.

Dear lybrate-user, This kind of symptom is seen with severe acidity and indigestion. Please drink plenty of water and chew your food properly. Also, eat dinner early so there is atleast 1 hour gap from after dinner and sleep. Monitor your eating habits and in one or 2 days you should feel much better. Regards.

I am 18 years old. I have low testosterone which is weird. I have all symptoms of low testosterone and erection dysfunction like losing muscles, gaining body fat, not getting erections. I don't get boner anymore in morning and other time. I saw remedy, but it's not working out like exercising, eating good food. 1.Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, 2.reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5.Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6.Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin D supplement (1000-2000 mg daily). 8.Take Plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in mono unsaturated fat& eomega 3 fatty acid (walnut, almond,flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish,fish oil, sardines,salmon, dark chocolate, carrots,oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9.Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption 11. Take one capsule of Zevit daily, 12. If required you have to take injection testosterone after checking blood testosterone level and consulting doctor 13. Drinking pomegranate juice can increase sperm count, healthier sperms, sperm concentration, helps in erectile dysfunction, sperm conentrationc/motility/ density and reduce abnormal sperms.

You may be having hyperacidity or dyspepsoa gas is due to that and food habits have balanced diet with lot of vegetables and cerials avoid lean mona eat go for morning walk followed by free hand exercise. Normally one shouldhave dewarming done at least once in a year if not six monthly. Get your blood sugar and bp checked. Have a healthy life style things will be alright.

The best ayurveda herb for your case is take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. This is very helpful.

I understood that your son developed swelling on face and penis after one month of passing blood in urine that is now for 3 months and nothing abnormal was detected on investigation at that time and now he is free from blood in urine. There must be some reason for blood in urine. Any way, Pls get done his urine R/E, CBC and Serum Protein analysis and inform.

With dengue cases on the rise, here's all you need to know about the spread and prevention measures of the disease.

The number of dengue cases, caused by viruses transmitted by mosquitoes, have been on the rise, as the monsoon season is underway. Here are some important facts about dengue and a few preventive measures you need to be aware of.

Facts about the Aedes mosquitoes

The Dengue virus is primarily transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. These mosquitoes do not lay eggs in drains, ditches, canals, wetlands, rivers or lakes. “What most people do not realise is that the dengue mosquito breeds in fresh clean water as opposed to dirty drains. Thus, people living in clean urban surroundings are more at risk of acquiring the disease,” says Dr KK Aggarwal, President HCFI & Honorary Secretary General IMA and a Padma Shri Awardee.

These mosquitoes can fly several hundred yards looking for water-filled containers, often found in a house and patio, to lay their eggs and it only takes a few mosquitoes in a household to produce a large dengue outbreak.

Humans are only bitten by the female mosquitoes who lay dozens of eggs, up to five times, during their life time. The eggs which can survive for months, hatch when submerged in water. The lifecycle of the mosquito is close to eight days - from egg to larvae, pupae and into an adult mosquito.

Tips to prevent dengue fever:
Do not let water accumulate in your house
Wear full-sleeve clothing
Use mosquito repellents, especially during the monsoon season
Since dengue is caused by a virus, it is the symptoms that are treated and the chronic phase of the illness with fever and myalgias lasts approximately one to two weeks.

The symptoms:
Severe joint and muscle pain
Swollen lymph nodes
Headache
Fever
Exhaustion - Rashes
While the risk of complications is in less than 1% of dengue cases, Dr Aggarwal has a few recommendations. The danger of dengue lies in dehydration, so it is vital to consume a lot of fluids and to only opt for a platelet transfusion if there is active bleeding or your platelet count is below 10,000.

1. Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management
