I'm feeling uncomfortable when standing beside my friends bcz of my height. Is there anything to improve my height.
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

You have not mentioned your eight exactly. Usually height is increased upto 21 years. To increase weight you require to consume high calory diet. To increase height stretcing exercises, vollyball,basketball, skipping are helpful.

Kindly show me digital x rays of ls. Spine sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hello. Firstly get your eyesight checked" Immediately"…it is strongly advisable that you keep yourself away from laptops, televisions until you get cured. Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping… The most effective remedy for these kind of problems is" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Furthermore it is advisable that you keep yourself stress free by practicing breathing exercise (pranayam) everyday. Oil your scalp regularly with mustard oil. Lastly take at least 8 hours of sleep. Hi lybrate-user. For removing negative thoughts I can tell you some natural ways to overcome from it .please try and consult some other psychologist/Counsellor of your near by area for face to face consultation which is very much mandatory. Too much of stress and anxiety leads to panic attacks. Thoughts always come to our mind be it positive or negative. Whenever you get a negative thought, try to divert your mind by taking a short walk or at least going away from the current situation. Negative thoughts over a period of time, cause stress and anxiety. Your mind is everything. Remember that your mind consciously or subconsciously control every aspect of your life. Also your life style contributes a lot to stress. Make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday. At the end of the day be grateful for all the little good things that happened. Have a positive outlook towards life. Do something which makes you happy during the weekends. Spend time with your friends and family. If you're able to keep your stress under control, everything else will automatically fall in place. Try this to avoid negative thoughts. Writing and Destroying If your negative thoughts are linked to a specific strong emotion like fear, anger or jealousy, try letting them all out in writing. Use a pen and paper, and really express all of that pent up negativity. You can then choose a way of destroying this paper, symbolizing your commitment to moving on. For example, you could tear it up, crush it into a ball, burn it, or scribble over it. To bring positive thoughts… Find humour in bad situations. Allow yourself to experience humour in even the darkest or most trying situations. Remind yourself that this situation will probably make for a good story later and try to crack a joke about it. Say you’re laid off; imagine the most absurd way you could spend your last day, or the most ridiculous job you could pursue next. Hi lybrate-user. You definitely have premature ejaculation and would need medicines for that. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg. Eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym.
