Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

The goals are to maximize the patient's independence and quality of life at each stage of the disease. Stretching and strengthening exercises may help reduce spasticity, increase range of motion, and keeps circulation flowing. Cigarette smoke does affect your skin, eyes, and hair among other things. I am glad that you want to give up smoking. About the possibility of cancer, it is difficult to say depending on various factors. But for this level of smoking we may assume that you may not have caused that kind of development. Usually, when you cease smoking a lot of the damage that was caused earlier due to the smoking can be reverted back to good health. Again, when you drink and smoke, they together can cause more damage to the liver than indulging in drinking alone. All of these can be restored by stopping cigarette smoking. Here is how to go about it: the best way is to find out about the harmful effects of smoking and tobacco. The knowledge itself helps keep the intention to stop active. But as you know that is not enough but it does have a telling effect. I remember that in the early nineties, we knew that smoking was reducing by 1% annually in the west while it was growing by 2% in india, all because of the awareness created by various agencies in the developed countries. The knowledge is astounding and scary. That information itself should help you stay out of it. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. And one of its effects is to affect the erectile capacity of your penis. There are more than 4000 harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke! then you need to identify why you smoke: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. You may take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may join smokers anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all, announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here? s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world? you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages, and when temptations are at their highest.

No it's not genetic. If you are vegetarian than pulses like black gram, green gram, sprouts, soya products and sufficient diary products should include in your daily diet.

It is slight high. Avoid eating food from outside, drink boiled water. Take vegetables in diet, maintain proper bowel moments. Chelidonium q (sbl), 7 to 8 drops in 1/4 th cup of normal water daily twice before food for a week. Then again do the blood test and revert.

Thank you for the query. It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your Fasting blood sugar, 2 hrs post prandial sugar and HbA1c level. 1. If your HbA1c level is less than 7.5%, it would imply a fair control on blood sugar. Dietary regimen (avoidance of refined carbohydrate-pasta, white bread, noodles, burgers etc and carbonated beverages) and exercise (30 min per day for 5 days a week) may be helpful. Sometimes, a low dose of the medicine metformin may be added, which may be beneficial. 2. If the HbA1c level is more than 7.5% one or more oral medications are used in addition to diet and exercise. The medications are given as per the patient's tolerance. 3. If HbA1c is more than 9% it is advisable to go for Insulin. However, if someone is completely non-compliant or averse to Insulin a combination of 2 or more drugs may be used with caution. 4. Since you are diabetic for 4 years it is advisable to get the following tests done if not done already Urine for spot ACR- to check the renal status Eye check up - to rule out diabetic retinopathy. 5. Foot care is very important and even a minor injury must be taken care of. 6. Always remember whatever dietary intake you are having, your calorie intake must be less or equal to our calorie expenditure. It is advisable to get a diet chart done, as per your body weight and activity level. 7. You can take a course of vitamin B complex for nerve protection. Please consult a physician for further advise. Regards.

Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.
