Dear, take, homoeo medicine: @ tuberculinum1000-6 pills, wkly. @ bryonia alb 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, dust, smoke, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junk food cold intake, exposure to cold, all sorts of fruits. Drink, luke warm water. Gargle with hot saline water, twice. Your diet be easily digestible, simple, non irritant, on time. Report wkly, please take, care.

I want to increase weight and stamina. Pls suggest me some healthy food with time.
Dear lybrate user, to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Lift weights, do free body weight exercises. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports.

Hello lybrate user back pain due to improper posture and muscle weakness leads pain and stiffness. X-ray findings or view are beneficial for purpose of proper diagnosis by doctor only, there is no use for patient, so dnt worry about your tests or x-ray report. I would like to suggest you only to do regular back exercises for three months in supervision of physio. For more you can take thermotherapy treatment on regular basis.

•Combine turmeric powder and gram flour. •Add oil and lemon juice to this. •Now add enough milk to get a paste like consistency. •Apply this mask to your face or any other body part where you have pigmentation. •Leave for 10-15 minutes. •Now wet your fingers a little and rub them on your face in circular motion over the dried mask. Give more attention to the pigment affected areas. •Do this for about 5 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. •Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

One testicle is often slightly larger than the other. This is usually normal and nothing to worry about. However, if you notice that one testicle has enlarged you should ask your doctor to check it. The left testicle usually hangs lower than the righ.

Deprivation of sleep is not good. Try to have 8 hours sleep at night regularly. Focus your mind on your goal of life and try to adhere and achieve it. Do not waste time by burning night candle.

My father is 57 years old. He is diabetic from last 12 years. From last 1 year he is putting insulin 2 times a day. Now problem is that he is not able to sit or walk from last 6 months and is completely on bed. Doctors said he is suffering from parkinson and dementia. Parkinsons disease is a neuro degenerative disease. Unfortunately there is no permanent treatment for this condition. For initial symptom relief doctors give anticholinergics, antihistaminics, but latter dopamine agonists or dopamine precursures (levodopa) is needed. I your case, it appears to be an early onset and already advanced case of parkinsonism which is associates with high grade dementia, rigidity, tremour, inability to walk. In this condition levodopa+carbidopa/benserazide-. 4-. 8g/day or ropinirole or pramiprexole might be needed. Along with that, regular physiotherapy will help a bit. Proper nurshing care may be needed. Thank you. Take care.

How to recognize cardiac arrest

Rapid recognition of cardiac arrest is the essential first step of successful cpr 10.

As per guidelines, the lay rescuer who witnesses a person collapse or comes across an apparently unresponsive person should confirm unresponsiveness by tapping the person on the shoulder and shouting" are you all right"

If the person does not respond, the rescuer calls for help or ambulance and initiates excellent chest compressions.

Lay rescuers should not attempt to assess the victim?s pulse and, unless the patient has what appear to be normal respirations, should assume the patient is apneic or without respiration.

Remember even well?trained professionals can have difficulty determining if breathing is adequate or pulses are present in unresponsive adults.

After assessing responsiveness, health care providers should quickly check the patient?s pulse.

While doing so, it is reasonable to visually assess the patient?s respirations.

It is appropriate to assume the patient is in cardiac arrest if there is no breathing or abnormal breathing (gasping) or if a pulse cannot be readily palpated within 10 seconds.

The key point is not to delay cpr.

Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
